The room costs 360 € warm + 35 € for internet and a cleaning person. You will be renting one room and all the rest is for common use: 2 living rooms, big bathroom, 2 toilets, open kitchen, extra storage room, bike stand in front of the house.
The room is a bit small and without furniture, but you could use some of the furniture that our roomates won´t be taking with them when they move out, this can be discussed with them when you come meet us.
Hanging out in the other spaces of the house is of course encouraged!
Another room might become free around January, so let us know your desired moving date!

Das Zimmer kostet 360 € warm + 35 € für Internet und Reinigungskraft. Die Miete beinhaltet dein eigenes Zimmer, aber der Rest des Hauses ist für die gemeinsame Nutzung: 2 Wohnräume, großes Bad, 2 Toiletten, offene Küche, extra Abstellraum, Fahrradständer vor dem Haus.
Das Zimmer ist eigentlich unmöbliert, wir können aber die übernahme einige Möbel noch besprechen :)
Ein weiteres Zimmer wird ca. Januar 2025 frei, wenn dass auch in Fräge käme sag uns Bescheid!

Eckenheim is very beautiful - close to us we have Alnatura, Rewe, Penny, Rossmann, Kebab & Sushi Laden, Trinkhalle, BMW and Skoda Autosalon, Fitness First, Änderungsschneiderei, Apotheke. Good pizza places all around, Bembel Kultur, Kegelbahn, Hairdressers, and last but not least: Sinai Park.

We are a group of people who have known each other and live together already some time... Full of passions. Cooking, watching movies, talking about the day with a glass of wine is what we like to do. We spend time together, but everyone is free to do their own thing. There is one more person living here - Douglas - he is visiting for some days every 3 to 4 months...he has his own room.

Wir sind eine Gruppe von Menschen, die sich schon seit einiger Zeit kennen und zusammenleben... Voller Leidenschaften. Kochen, Filme schauen, bei einem Glas Wein über den Tag reden ist das, was wir gerne tun. Wir verbringen Zeit miteinander, aber jeder ist frei, sein eigenes Ding zu machen. Es gibt noch eine weitere Person, die hier lebt - Douglas - er kommt alle 3 bis 4 Monate für ein paar Tage zu Besuch...er hat sein eigenes Zimmer.
