Ich suche zwei neue Mitbewohner für meine WG. Wir haben drei Zimmer, einen Flur, eine Küche mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, Herd, Anrichte und Backofen, ein Bad mit Dusche und ein Gäste-WC. Das eine Zimmer 18sqm geht zum Hof hinaus, ist etwas kleiner als das andere und eher länglicher geschnitten. Das andere 20sqm geht zur Straße hinaus, hat zwei Fenster und ist eher quadratisch geschnitten. Beide Zimmer werden komplett unmöbliert übergeben, also könnt ihr euch da einrichten, wie ihr wollt.
I am looking for two new flatmates for my shared flat. We have three rooms, a hallway, a kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, stove, sideboard and oven, a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet. One room 18sqm faces the courtyard, is slightly smaller than the other and has a more elongated shape. The other 20sqm faces the street, has two windows and is more square in shape. Both rooms will be handed over completely unfurnished, so you can furnish them however you like.
Wir wohnen in einer Einbahnstraße, also ist es relativ ruhig hier. Vor unsere Haustüre ist direkt eine Bushaltestelle (Engelthalerstraße). Acht Minuten zu Fuß befindet sich dann die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Ronneburgstraße, wo du mit der U5 ca. 18 Minuten bis in die Stadt brauchst. Ebenfalls acht Minuten zu Fuß ist Penny entfernt, Rewe sogar nur 6 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Viertel ist eher ruhig und bringt einige Essensmöglichkeiten (italienisch, chinesisch, deutsch etc.) mit sich.
We live in a one-way street, so it's relatively quiet here. There is a bus stop right outside our front door (Engelthalerstraße). The Ronneburgstraße tram stop is an eight-minute walk away, where you can take the U5 to the city in around 18 minutes. Penny is also an eight-minute walk away and Rewe is only a 6-minute walk. The neighborhood is rather quiet and offers a few dining options (Italian, Chinese, German, etc.).
Ich (Rishabh) bin 28 Jahre alt und habe hier an der FS School meinen Abschluss gemacht und bin jetzt auch in Frankfurt berufstätig. Ich unternehme gerne etwas, trinke 1 bis 10 Bier und besuche unterschiedlichste Veranstaltungen erinnere mich aber nur an die Hälfte davon. Außerdem koche ich sehr gerne, weshalb du mich öfter in der Küche antreffen wirst. Ich bin tagsüber arbeiten und besuche danach gerne das Gym. Mir ist Sauberkeit und Ordentlichkeit in unseren gemeinsam genutzten Räumen sehr wichtig, aber denke da kann man sich über einen Putzplan einig werden. Ich würde mich über ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis zu meinen Mitbewohnern freuen, geprägt von Trash-Talk und offene Kommunikation.
I (Rishabh) am 28 years old and graduated from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management here and am now also working in Frankfurt. I like to socialize, drink 1 to 10 beers and attend various events but only remember half of them. I also love to cook, which is why you will often find me in the kitchen. I work during the day and like to go to the gym afterwards. Cleanliness and tidiness in our shared rooms is very important to me, but I think we can agree on a cleaning schedule. I would enjoy a friendly relationship with my flatmates, characterized by trash talk and open communication.
Unsere Küche befindet sich gerade in Bearbeitung. Eigentlich wurde unsere Wohnung vor einem Jahr frisch saniert, allerdings musste ein altes Rohr in der Küche ausgetauscht werden, sollte aber zu deinem Einzug wieder parat sein.
Our kitchen is currently being renovated. Our apartment was actually renovated a year ago, but an old pipe in the kitchen had to be replaced, but it should be ready for you when you move in.
