My roommate is leaving her room in our two-person apartment starting February 2025, and I’m looking for a new tenant to come in!
The room is unfurnished. The bathroom and the kitchen are shared with me and you're of course welcome to bring any of your stuff with you, we also have a basic set of utensils for the kitchen.
There is also a possibility to store things in the basement or use the parking space, which we have currently rented out to another person.
The rent isn’t quite set yet because I’m looking for a new electricity supplier, but I’m hoping that the rent will be between 550-570 everything included.
The neighborhood is located in the easternmost part of Frankfurt and is connected to city center by tram 11, which comes every ten minutes (beware: it does take around 40 minutes to reach Frankfurt Central Station). There are also buses that you can take to the nearby shopping mall (Hessen Center) or to Offenbach, which is just on the other side of the river.
There are several supermarkets nearby (Tegut, Aldi, Rewe) as well as a few bakeries and a lively street of shops just three minutes away in downtown Fechenheim:)
My name is Caroline (26) and I’m finishing up my master’s degree at Goethe in dramaturgy. I occasionally bake and go out for jogs but most of my days are spent working, reading, and attending the theater.
It's a fairly relaxed and quiet life in the apartment, where everyone has time and space to do their own stuff in their own schedule. I’m looking for someone considerate and respectful to pass a the coming gray months in Frankfurt together.
