Das Zimmer ist zwar unmöbliert, aber ein Bett mit Matratze ist bereits vorhanden – perfekt zum Einziehen und Wohlfühlen! Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein: Nur 7 Minuten vom Parlamentsplatz und 10 Minuten von der lebhaften Berger Straße entfernt, wo du viele Cafés, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findest.
Die Miete beträgt 580 Euro pro Monat, inklusive Nebenkosten.Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin für die Monate November und Dezember, mit der Möglichkeit, die Wohnung längerfristig zu übernehmen.

I'm looking for a friendly roommate for our cozy shared apartment in Bornheim Mitte. The room is unfurnished, but a bed with a mattress is already there - perfect for moving in and feeling comfortable! The location couldn't be better: only 7 minutes from Parliament Square and 10 minutes from the lively Berger Straße, where you'll find lots of cafes, bars and shops.
The rent is 580 euros per month, including utilities, for the months of November and December, with the possibility of taking over the apartment long-term.
