We can offer a beautiful room in our 4-person shared apartment.
Due to the large window, the room is very bright and has a lot of sun in the mornings. It is very quiet, because the window faces the courtyard. Since we have 2 bathrooms with shower & bathtub, you share the bathroom with only one roommate, so you never have to wait in the morning ;)
Highlight of our apartment is definitely the living/dining room with a big sofa and screen - perfect for movie nights. In addition, we have a balcony that leads around the whole apartment, where we have BBQs in the summer and sometimes enjoy an after-work beer with skyline view!
The room will be unfurnished but flat is equipped with everything you need:
- a large living room with a huge couch, dining table, projector & Chromecast
- a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, steak grill and co.
- our wrap-around balcony with lounge furniture, couch, seating area, gas barbecue - and skyline view
- two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub and separate shower
- there is a storage room and a laundry room in the flat
- we also have a cellar compartment and there is an underground car park - easily accessible via lift
- the flat share was the first occupancy of the house 6 years ago - no old building charm, but everything is modern
The flat is located in the Europaviertel, only 10 minutes by bike from the city center/Alte Oper. If you don't like cycling, you can also take the bus (the bus stop is directly in front of the building). Within 5min by foot you can reach a REWE, DM and a pharmacy. Other supermarkets can be reached quickly by bike.
If you have a car you can park in the neighboorhood for free (usually you easily find a parking spot).
But now to the most important part, your roommates:
Sena (26), IJ (30) and Mitch (30) work as a financial analyst, product manager and space consultant and also enjoy a beer or two after work, cooking/barbecuing together or watching TV. You will fit in perfectly with us if you are a working professional and claim to be an easy-going person.

Sena (26) is originally from Turkey, studied & worked in Spain before moving to Germany and now works as a financial analyst in Frankfurt. In her free time she plays basketball, goes to the gym or trying to catch-up with her watchlist in Letterboxd. She also likes to hang out with friends during weekends for outdoor activities and a big fan of Sunday brunches.
Indrajeet, called IJ, is from India, studied in Belgium and now works in Darmstadt as a Product Manager. He loves cooking and often spoils us with delicious Indian dishes. In his free time he often plays soccer, Badminton and Cricket. He is always up for a Beer.
