Da ich mein Zimmer leider verlassen werde, ist ein großes schönes Zimmer in unserer Wg zu vermieten.
Die Wohnung ist ein klassischer Altbau mit hohen Decken die das Zimmer nochmal größer wirken lassen.
Es ist schon teilmöbliert: Bett mit neuer Matratze, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Schrank und ein großes Sofa sind vorhanden. Falls du etwas davon nicht brauchst, kannst du es problemlos auch in Keller einlagern.
Für das Sofa, den Couchtisch und die Matratze hätte ich gerne eine Ablöse, die du bei deinem Auszug natürlich wieder von deinem Nachmieter bekommen kannst.
Die Wohnung hat eine voll ausgestattete helle Küche mit Backofen, Kühl/Gefrierkombi und Spülmaschine, ein WC und ein getrenntes Bad.
Abstellplatz für Fahrräder oder Möbel ist im Keller vorhanden, ebenso wie kostenlos benutztbare Wachmaschinen und Trockner.

The apartment is a classic old building with high ceilings that make the room feel even more spacious.
The room is partially furnished: It comes with a bed (including a new mattress), a desk with a chair, a wardrobe, and a large sofa. If you don’t need all of it you can easily store it in the basement.
I would like to ask for a compensation fee for the sofa, coffee table, and mattress, which you can, of course, pass on to your future tenant when you move out.
The apartment has a fully equipped, bright kitchen with an oven, a fridge/freezer combo, and a dishwasher. There is a separate toilet and bathroom.
There is storage space in the basement for bicycles or furniture, as well as free-to-use washing machines and dryers.
Die Wohnung liegt im Gallusviertel an der Frankenallee in einer super schönen ruhigen Nebenstraße.
Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und auch zur S-Bahn Station Galluswarte sind es keine 10 Minuten. Von dort ist man in einer Station am Hauptbahnhof und in der Innenstadt.
Für einen schönen Spaziergang ist man in gerade mal fünf Minuten am Europagarten, und wenn noch was eingekauft werden muss ist man in unter einer Minute am REWE, der bis 22 Uhr offen hat.

A tram stop is less than a 5-minute walk away, and the Galluswarte S-Bahn station is less than a 10-minute walk. From there, you can reach the main train station and the city center in just one stop.
For a nice walk, the Europagarten is only five minutes away, and if you need to do some shopping, there's a REWE supermarket less than a minute away, open until 10 PM.
Das WG-Leben ist entspannt und angenehm. Jeder hat seinen Freiraum, aber für ein bisschen Quatschen in der Küche bei einem Kaffee ist man immer zu haben.
Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner ist 25 Jahre alt und studiert Marketing in Frankfurt. Er ist unkompliziert und schätzt eine gute Balance zwischen gemeinsamer Zeit und Privatsphäre – die WG ist also ein gemütlicher und freundlicher Ort zum Leben.
