Das Zimmer ist 12m2 groß und die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen Gallus und Europaviertel, 8 min zur SBahn und 5 min zu den Straßenbahnlinien 11 und 21. Das Zimmer ist nach Norden ausgerichtet, aber es ist sehr hell und die Temperatur bleibt das ganze Jahr über perfekt. Die Wohnung hat zwei Bäder, allerdings nur eine Dusche und eine Gemeinschaftsküche. Die Gemeinschaftsküche verfügt über 2 Kühlschränke, einen Ofen, eine Mikrowelle und andere Geräte für den täglichen Gebrauch.
Im Keller findest du 4 Waschmaschinen und Trockner für alle Wohnungen, so dass immer welche zur Verfügung stehen. Außerdem gibt es auch einen Garten, der im Sommer sehr schön ist.
Meine Mitbewohner würden gerne eine junge Person zwischen 22 und 30 Jahren finden, die langfristig bleibt. Die Atmosphäre ist im Moment sehr gut und alle sind nett und offen. Die meisten von uns arbeiten, daher hat jeder seinen Tagesrhythmus, manchmal treffen wir uns beim Kochen in der Küche und wir quatschen.

The room has 12m2 room and the apartment is located between Gallus and Europaviertel, 8 min to the SBahn and 5 min to the tram lines 11 and 21. The room is facing north, however, it is very bright and the temperature stays perfect during all the year. The apartment has two bathrooms, though only one shower and a shared kitchen. The shared kitchen have 2 fridges, an oven, microwave and other tools for your daily use.
In the basement you will find the washing machines and driers for all the apartments, there are 4 of each kind so that you can always have one available for you. Additionally, there is also a garden which is really nice during summer.
At last, my flatmates would like to find some young worker between 22 and 30 that is looking forward to stay in the long run. The atmosphere is currently great though we are all working and sometime it may be difficult to have a chat with the rest of the flatmates.
Supermärkte in der Nähe: Rewe 2', Rewe Center/Aldi/Lidl 8' zu Fuß. Apotheken und Restaurants in der Nähe, die Gegend ist ein Wohngebiet, daher ist es sehr ruhig. Tagsüber ist es relativ einfach, einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Ich poste diese Anzeige, weil ich nach Spanien ziehen werde -mein Heimatland- für den Sommer vor dem Start eines Master in anderen deutschen Stadt. Da meine Deutschkenntnisse nicht so gut sind, wäre es toll, wenn du mir auf Englisch oder Spanisch schreibst. Allerdings sprechen alle anderen Mitbewohner perfekt Deutsch sowie Englisch.
