Das Zimmer hat 17 qm, ist rechteckig geschnitten und verfügt über bodentiefe Fester für viel Licht. Ich würde gerne alle meine Möbel (siehe Bilder) für insgesamt 800 EUR verkaufen. Alle Möbel sind in einem sehr guten Zustand und wurde vor 2 Jahren neu gekauft (Neupreis 1300 EUR). Ebenfalls in der Abschlagszahlung enthalten sind die Möbel im Gemeinschaftsbereich, die Terrassenmöbel und die Waschmaschine, die vor 2 Jahren für die WG gekauft wurden. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß (über 100 qm) und verfügt über einen gemeinschaftlich genutzten großen Wohn und Essbereich inkl. Fußbodenheizung sowie eine Terrasse. Ich denke, die Bilder sprechen für sich :).
Die Küche erfüllt mit Spülmaschine und Gefrierschrank alles, was das Herz begehrt. Neben einem kleinen Abstellraum befinden sich zwei Bäder in der Wohnung, sodass man sich morgens nicht in die Quere kommt.

The room is 17 sqm, rectangular in shape, and features floor-to-ceiling windows that allow plenty of light. I would like to sell all my furniture (see pictures) for a total of 800 EUR. All the furniture is in very good condition and was purchased new 2 years ago (original price 1300 EUR). Included in the payment are also the furniture in the common area, the terrace furniture, and the washing machine, which was bought for the shared apartment 2 years ago.
The apartment is very spacious (over 100 sqm) and features a large communal living and dining area with underfloor heating as well as a terrace. I think the pictures speak for themselves. :)
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and freezer, fulfilling all your needs. In addition to a small storage room, the apartment has two bathrooms, so there’s no getting in each other’s way in the mornings.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend und innerhalb einer geschlossenen Wohnanlage im Gallusviertel. Mit der Tram (Linie 11, 21,14) kann man in 3 min (12 min) die S-Bahnstation Galluswarte (den Hauptbahnhof) erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man den HBF in ca. 10min
Direkt gegenüber der Wohnung befindet sich ein Lidl, ein großer Rewe, Aldi und Penny. Apotheke und Post sind auch direkt gegenüber.
Bei der Wohnung ist ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage dabei, der gerne genutzt werden kann.

The apartment is located in a quiet area within a gated residential complex in the Gallus district. With the tram (lines 11, 21, 14), you can reach the Galluswarte S-Bahn station in 4 minutes (or the main train station in 12 minutes). By bike, you can get to the main train station in about 10 minutes.
Directly across from the apartment, you’ll find a Lidl, a large Rewe, Aldi, and Penny. A pharmacy and post office are also just across the street.
The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage, which can be used as needed.
Da ich, jetzt ausziehe, suchen meine Mitbewohnerinnen Victoire und Clemence eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Beide sind berufstätig. Daher wäre es schön, wenn du auch berufstätig bist. Gerne sitzen wir abends auch nach der Arbeit mal zusammen und trinken, essen, kochen zusammen. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du ebenfalls Lust auf ein gemeinschaftliches WG-Leben hast. Wir leben ganz nach dem Motto "Alles kann, nichts muss".

Since I am moving out, my roommates Victoire and Clemence are looking for a new flatmate. Both are working professionals, so it would be great if you are also employed. We enjoy spending time together in the evenings after work, whether it’s having a drink, eating, or cooking together.
