We are looking for someone to take over one of the two rooms in a quiet and peaceful shared apartment (WG). The other room (with also its private toilette / bathroom) is occupied by a couple about 30 years old.
Room: 16m², bright and fully furnished with a bed and wardrobe and private toilette & bathroom (5m²).
Apartment features: Fully equipped kitchen, dining / living room, entrance, large terrace, cellar, washing machine in basement collective room, garage. 2nd / last floor of a 2 floor residence.
Location: Straßenbahn Waldschulstraße 11 and 21, S-Bahn FFM-Griesheim
Availability: Immediate move-in.
Rent: 710 € Warm (170€ Nebenkosten include heating, electricity and water).

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und befindet sich im Stadtteil Griesheim, die Umgebung ist hier verglichen mit vielen anderen Gegenden Frankfurts sehr ruhig und hat sehr viel Grün um sich.
Fußläufig ist die Straßenbahn, die in jede Richtung ca im 5-minuten Takt fährt, 5 Minuten entfernt und ist dann auch innerhalb von 15 Minuten auch im Stadtzentrum. Mit dem Fahrrad dauert es ähnlich lang. Die Universität ist auf Grund der guten Lage der Wohnung sehr einfach mit der Bahn, dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto zu erreichen.
Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, Apotheken, Restaurants sind zahlreich in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.
Die Uniklinik Frankfurt ist auch ohne Umstiege gemütlich erreichbar.
Unter der Woche haben wir ein paar nette Gespräche und am Wochenende kochen wir manchmal zusammen und es hat jeder seine eigenen Zeitpläne.

Their is a basement and a room downstairs for the washing machine.
