About flatmates:
My name is Ady, and I am from India. I am vacating the room as I am moving to Hamburg. The two other tenants are Ben and Elzino. Everyone is working and is out of the house most of the time. The chores and cleaning are done on a weekly basis and are followed strictly. Wifi is common and is provided for all the tenants.
About the room and apartment:
The room is 14 m2, with a window, bed, matrice, almirah, study table, chair, blanket, and pillow. A portion of Keller space is also available to keep the extra luggage. The apartment is situated on the 4th floor in a 3-room flat with a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom. The kitchen utilities are provided. The washing machine is in the kitchen (no dryer), along with the drying stand. A microwave and refrigerator are available for all 3 tenants.
About Location, surroundings, accessibility:
The apartment is located in a very quiet, peaceful, and clean environment in coventrystrasse. The nearest rewe is 5 minutes walk from the building; the nearest tram station (Birmingham Straße) is 5 minutes walk; and the nearest S-Bahn (Frankfurt-Nied) is 5 minutes walk from the building. Griesheim Center (where you can find Aldi, Kaufland, Rossman, Hardware Store, and Apotheke) is just 10 minutes walk from the apartment (near Jagerhalle tram station). There is a designated space to park the bike and cars.
