I am renting a room in my apartment for a limited amount of time (1 month to a maximum of 6 months). The room is also suitable for commuters
The apartment is fully furnished and has everything one needs.
It is 70 m2 big with 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, a kitchen and a balcony.
The cost includes electricity, heating and internet.
About the Location:
The apartment is located in Frankfurt Höchst (3 stops from Hauptbahnhof with the S Bahn). There are also buses and Regional Trains and tram 11 which takes you to the city centre, as well as 2 buses that go directly to the Airport.
The location is great. Just 3 minutes walk from Höchst Banhof which takes you to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof in just 11 minutes.
There are also several buses as well as bus 58/X58 which goes directly to the airport.
Since I have two rooms, I am looking for a clean person to share the space with. I tend to travel a lot, so somtimes you will have the whole apartment to yourself.
The move in/out date is flexible.
