Zentrale Wohnung, modern und renoviert, in der Innenstadt in der Nähe des Mains
Die Wohnung, zentral gelegen in der Innenstadt in der Nähe des Mains, wurde komplett renoviert und verfügt über neue, moderne und hochwertige Möbel. Daher suche ich nach einer sehr sorgfältigen Person als Mitbewohner/in.
Die Wohnung bietet eine ausgezeichnete U-Bahn-Anbindung, nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Konstablerwache ist nur 7 Minuten entfernt, während Hauptwache in nur 8 Minuten erreichbar ist. Die Lage bietet auch einen einfachen Zugang zum Main, nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt.
Da ich jeden Tag arbeite, bevorzuge ich jemanden, der ebenfalls berufstätig ist. Besucher sind nicht bevorzugt. Ich suche jemanden, der sehr hygienisch ist und die Privatsphäre respektiert.
Der/die Mieter/in wird ein eigenes Zimmer haben und Zugang zu einer geräumigen Gemeinschaftsküche haben, die einen Tisch wie auf dem Foto zeigt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und ausreichend Platz für Geschirr. Außerdem gibt es einen gemeinsamen Flur und zwei Kleiderschränke.
Rauchen, Besucher und laute Musik sind strengstens untersagt.
**Central Apartment, Modern and Renovated, in Innenstadt Near the Main River**
The apartment, centrally located in Innenstadt near the Main River, has been completely renovated and features new, modern, and expensive furniture. Therefore, I am looking for a very careful person to live with.
The apartment offers excellent subway connectivity, with the U-Bahn just 3 minutes away. Konstablerwache is a mere 7-minute ride, while Hauptwache is only 8 minutes away. The location also boasts easy access to the Main River, just a 3-minute walk from the apartment.
As I work every day, I prefer someone who is also employed. Visitors are not preferred. I am looking for someone who is very hygienic and respects privacy.
The tenant will have their own personal room and access to a spacious shared kitchen, which includes a table as shown in the photo. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and ample space for dishes. There is also a shared hall and two wardrobes.
Smoking, visitors, and loud music are strictly prohibited.
