Das Zimmer ist quadratisch geschnitten, hat eine alte Holztür und liegt in Richtung einer verkehrsberuhigten Einbahnstraße ausgerichtet. Man hat tagsüber immer Licht, vom Mittag bis zum Abend scheint die Sonne direkt in das Zimmer.
Es hat große Fenster, Parkett und eine Raumhöhe von ca. 2,70m. Es ist sehr gemütlich und leise wenn die Fenster zu sind, man hört nichts. Es kann mal sein, dass man die Tram hört oder Leute vor dem Kiosk, an sich ist es aber sehr ruhig.
The room is square, has an old wooden door and faces a one-way street with little traffic. There is always light during the day and the sun shines directly into the room from midday to evening.
It has large windows, parquet flooring and a room height of approx. 2.70m. It is very cosy and quiet when the windows are closed, you can't hear anything. Sometimes you can hear the tram or people in front of the kiosk, but it is generally very quiet.
Wir befinden uns in der Nähe der EZB, es ist sozusagen eine Seitenstraße von der Hanauerlandstraße. Komischerweise ruhig für eine so zentral gelegene Wohnung, die sich im 4 OG befindet. Also man sollte sportlich sein und Lust haben nach 8 Std. Arbeit oder Uni die Stufen zu steigen. Dafür hat man bessere Luft und weniger Lärm.
Das Ostend war ehemals eine Hafenanlage, mit Güterschiffen und Schienennetz, die EZB eine Großmarkthalle in der verschiedenen Waren gehandelt wurden. In den letzten 15 Jahren ist hier ein neuer Stadtteil Frankfurts entstanden, der aus einer urbanen Landschaft besteht, die von von Altbau-Arbeiterwohnungen bis Platten-Neubau geprägt ist.
We are near the ECB, it's a side street from Hanauerlandstraße in a sense. Strangely quiet for such a centrally located flat, which is on the 4th floor. So you should be sporty and feel like climbing the stairs after 8 hours of work or university. But the air is better and there is less noise.
The Ostend used to be a harbour with cargo ships and a rail network, the EZB was a market hall where various goods were traded. In the last 15 years, a new district of Frankfurt has emerged here, consisting of an urban landscape
that ranges from old working-class flats to new high-rise buildings.
Ich studiere an der Städelschule und arbeite meistens viel. Bin oft im Ausland und wenig zu Hause.
Dementsprechend gibt es keine familiäre Bindestruktur, in diesem WG Kontext.
Trotzdem möchte ich es nicht als Zweck-WG bezeichnen. Ich bin immer für ein Gespräch oder einen Spaziergang zu haben, ich trinke selten und rauche nicht.
Mache bei Gelegenheit Sport, dafür wäre ich meistens zu haben.
Alina und Marvin wohnen in der WG, wir haben ein sehr harmonisches und entspanntes WG Leben.
Jeder hat seine Zeit und seinen Raum, meistens sieht man sich morgens oder abends, machmal auch 2 tage nicht, da jeder sehr beschäftigt ist.
In der Wohnung sollte nicht geraucht werden.
Es ist keine Party WG oder Haus. Es sind Studierende und jungen Familien anzutreffen.
Eine sehr angenehme Hausgemeinschaft, die Hilfsbereit ist.
I study at the Städelschule and usually work a lot. I'm often abroad and rarely at home.
Accordingly, there is no family bonding structure in this WG context.
Nevertheless, I don't want to call it a purpose-built flat-share. I am always available for a chat or a walk, I rarely drink and don't smoke.
I do sports when I get the chance, so that's what I'm usually up for.
Alina and I live in the WG, we have a very harmonious and relaxed WG life.
Everyone has their own time and space, we usually see each other in the morning or evening, sometimes not for 2 days, as everyone is very busy.
There should be no smoking in the flat.
It is not a party flat or house. There are students and young families.
It is a very pleasant house community that is helpful.
Wir haben eine 2 Große Keller, einen in dem wir Wäsche waschen und auch Fahrräder reparieren können. Dieser befindet sich im Garten, der andere ist im Keller des Hauses und kann verschieden genutzt werden.

We have a 2 large cellars, one where we can do laundry and also repair bikes. This one is in the garden, the other one is in the basement of the house and can be used in different ways.
