About the Room & Flat:
The room is about 13m², unfurnished, with a lovely garden view. 🌳 It’s possible to take some furniture if needed! Our flat has five rooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, a garden, three terraces, a garage, storage, laundry room, and even a lift—super handy for moving in! 🛗 We’re in a quiet area close to Niddapark, with easy access to Goethe University’s campuses and great public transport links. 🚲🚌
About Us:
We’re Joel (Colombian-German), Ferdaous (Moroccan), Swann (French-German) and Rea (German-Russian). We value living together, not just next to each other. We enjoy cooking, movie nights, and BBQs, but also respect each other’s private time. 🍿🎥 We’re an active bunch with diverse hobbies:
