The room is unfurnished and has high ceilings. It has a large window facing west on the street side (the brave can read a book on the windowsill 😉).
It is roughly square-shaped and has a laminate floor.
The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a small dining table and even a dishwasher 😍.
There is a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
There is a storage room in the basement.
There are (partly covered) bicycle parking spaces in the backyard.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Lage in Sachsenhausen-Nord.
Sie liegt ca. 5 Minuten vom Lokalbahnhof entfernt und 10 Minuten vom Südbahnhof. Das ist sehr praktisch, denn so ist man gut an den ÖPNV angebunden. Auch mit dem Fahrrad kommt man sehr schnell überall hin. Am Uni-Campus Westend ist man mit öffentlichen innerhalb von 20 min, am Campus Riedberg in 30 min. Das Top Argument für dieses Zimmer ist tatsächlich die Lage. Gerade, wenn man viel umherfahren muss.

The flat is in a very nice location in Sachsenhausen-Nord.
It is about 5 walking minutes to the train station Lokalbahnhof and 10 minutes to Südbahnhof. This is very practical, as you are well connected to public transport. You can also get everywhere very quickly by bike. The university campus Westend is only 20 minutes away by public transport and the Riedberg campus is 30 minutes away. The location is a major advantage, especially if you have to travel around a lot.

Das sind deine künfitgen Mitbewohner:
Diego (27). Studiere aktuell Astrophysik, und schreibe gerade meine Master Arbeit. Keine Ahnung wo es mich danach hintreibt 😅. In meiner Freizeit tanze ich sehr viel Forró, und veranstalte ab und an auch selber Tanz-events. Ansonsten bin ich häufiger mit Freunden unterwegs, oder schaue Filme.
Maria (20). Momentan studiere ich Jura im ersten Semester an der Goethe Uni. Bin also selbst noch ein Frankfurt Neuling :) Dann und wann gehe ich super gerne aus, bin aber auch vor allem sehr gerne für gemütliche Abende zu haben. Besonders gerne höre ich Musik und versuche mich durch diese und Malerei vom Alltag abzulenken. Ansonsten bin ich tagsüber eigentlich relativ viel unterwegs, wodurch es mich auch gerne früh in den Schlaf treibt😴
Wenn es sich zeitlich ergibt, sitzen wir oft zusammen in der Küche, und unterhalten uns zusammen über alles mögliche und unmögliche.

Diego (27). I'm currently studying astrophysics and writing my master's thesis. No idea where I'll go after that 😅. In my free time I dance a lot of Forró, and occasionally organise dance events myself. Otherwise, I often go out with friends or watch films.
Maria (20). I‘m currently studying law in my first semester at the Goethe Uni in Frankfurt. So I‘m still a newcomer to this city :) Every now and then I like to go out and meet with friends but I also really like to have cozy evenings. I especially like to listen to music and paint to distract myself from everyday life. I‘m quiet busy over the day which sometimes brings me to bed very early 😴
When time allows, we often sit together in the kitchen and talk about all kinds of subjects.
