**We are looking for a PROFESSIONAL roommate who is comfortable speaking English with our roommate.

A beautiful room in Frankfurt Westend will be available on March 31st (or possibly a week earlier). The room is very bright including skyline view and a small balcony.
In the hallway there is a common dining table and a small couch to chill out. Our kitchen has a dishwasher as well as a washing machine and dryer, and the daylight bathroom has two washbasins and a bathtub. Our apartment also has a cellar where you can store a lot of stuff. The apartment also has another balcony, which is accessible from another room. So far, the balconies have always been used by everyone and this has worked without any problems :-)
The room is furnished with a bed, closet and a white shelf from Ikea.
The shelves on the blue wall have already been taken down. You can hang your own shelves or we can cover the holes.
By the way, the apartment is on the 4th floor - which, in addition to the nice view of the skyline, also keeps you fit :)
We don't have an elevator, so that's our daily workout ;)
The furniture payment fee also includes shared property purchased for the shared flat (washing machine, dryer, kitchen utensils, communal furniture, etc.) as well as the furniture in the room described above.
The monthly costs offer an all-round carefree package and everything is included: fast internet, electricity, etc.
Our apartment is located in beautiful Westend.
The central location makes it easy to get around the city by foot, but we are also lucky enough to have U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations nearby: Westend 5 minutes, Alte Oper 7 minutes, Taunusanlage 10 minutes and Grüneburgweg about 10 minutes away.
Supermarkets such as Rewe and Penny are nearby, between 5 and 7 minutes away.
Pharmacies can also be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes.
Of course, we have the advantage that Rothchildpark is 3 minutes away and Grüneburgpark about 13 minutes. As well as the Palmengarten, if you love plants like Ana.
Your future roommates are Thomas and Ana.
Thomas (27 years old) recently finished his studies and is about to start his professional life. I like to spend my free time working on small projects, be it with wood or restoring furniture. Otherwise I like to spend time cooking and drinking coffee:)
