Ich suche einen Mitbewohner oder eine Mitbewohnerin, da meine aktuelle Mitbewohnerin beruflich in eine andere Stadt umzieht.
Ihr Zimmer wird frei. Es ist hell und mit einem Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und mehreren Lampen ausgestattet. Ich könnte diese Möbel auch in den trockenen Keller stellen, falls du lieber ein unmöbliertes Zimmer suchst.
I am looking for a new flatmate who can take the second largest bedroom in my 3 bedrooms apartment. The apartment is very central and located only 2 minutes by foot from Alte Oper (Innenstadt). It is fully furnished.
Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen, ausschließlich mit WGs.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt lichtdurchflutet, weil jedes Zimmer ein großes Fenster hat. Außerdem gibt es einen Süd-Balkon, der vom Wohnzimmer aus von jedem von uns jederzeit zugänglich ist.
Die nächsten U-Bahnstationen sind zwischen 5 und 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Auch ReWe, DM und McPaper/ Post sind unweit von der Wohnung entfernt.

The house is very centrally located, exclusively with shared flats.
The apartment is flooded with light because every room has a large window. There is also a south-facing balcony that can be accessed from the living room at any time.
The nearest subway stations are between 5 and 10 minutes away on foot.
ReWe, DM and McPaper/ Post are also not far from the apartment.
Ich suche einen Mitbewohner oder eine Mitbewohnerin der/die mit mir entspannt zusammenlebt.
Da ich Vollzeit beschäftigt bin, geht es von Mo bis Fr bei mir eher gemütlich zu. Sport, Kochen oder Quatschen ist natürlich immer ein passendes Abendprogramm.
Was die Wohnung betrifft: Ich habe keine besonderen Ansprüche, putze einmal pro Woche.
Am Wochenende bin ich meistens mit Freunden unterwegs oder arbeite sogar ;)

As I work full-time, I tend to be more relaxed from Mon to Fri. However, I am always happy to make time for sports, cooking or chatting in the evenings after work :)
As far as the apartment is concerned: I don't have any particular demands and clean once a week.
At the weekend I'm usually out with friends or even working ;)
