Hello,
I am moving out of my lovely room in November.I was the first renter of this room last year, therefore, it is recently renovated and everything is bought new.
The room has everything you need: a bed, a bedside table, a desk, a desk chair, a wardrobe and a mirror. The room is decorated with pictures, artificial plants, modern accessories,and chic ceiling and floor lamps. There are also duvets, pillows, pillowcases and , fitted sheets. The kitchen has a functional fitted kitchen with all electrical appliances (including dishwasher), dining table and chairs, small kitchen appliances (microwave) and crockery/cutlery. There is also a new washing machine.
Furthermore, the photos do not include a shoes and clothes shelf in the entry corridor, a toilet shelf and also a vacuum cleaner, and some other small items I and my roommates bought when we moved in. I want to pass my cost to them, a total of 50 Euros.
A special highlight of the room and my favorite are the beautiful large windows which in combination with the location on the 5th floor (yes - there is an elevator) offer a great view of the city.
The location is perfect as right at the apartment is the station Ordnungsamt where the Tram and Buses stop to and the Galluswarte station is 13 minutes walk away as well. With the S-bahn there you are 5 minutes away from the city center and 30 minutes away from Goethe University. If you have a bike, the city center and the university are 15 minutes away. Also, if you like to travel the airport is 15 minutes away by car, or 35 minutes by public transportation.
We are looking for open-minded and reliable roommate who feels comfortable in our shared apartment and appreciate living together in harmony. We are all students here, but most of the time we might also be travelling or working.
You will share your room with Jannes.He is 19 years old and studies Psychology at Goethe University. He likes to
go to the gym and hang out with his friends. He is very friendly and likes a good conversation while cooking in the kitchen.
Celine is 26 years old and is finishing her studies for Event Management soon. She comes from Luxembourg and is in Frankfurt only when she has some classes that are not online or exams. She is also very kind and friendly.
Please reach out only if you have the required documents (proof of income or a parental guarantee), no Job Center applicants. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
Extra, is the cost of the internet, the roommates have chosen Vodafone as a carrier with a very good speed, but as the contract expires at the end of October, you can choose along with the roommates the next contract :)
