The apartment consists of four rooms, shared among friendly flatmates, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. There is a cozy ante-room with comfortable couches, perfect for socializing or relaxing. Two toilets and a bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with an eating table, ideal for shared meals or casual gatherings.
The apartment is located on the fifth floor of the building, offering a peaceful and quiet living environment, with plenty of privacy while still being part of a friendly, shared living experience.

Our flat is just a 10-minute walk from the main train station, offering excellent transportation links to all parts of the city. Whether by bike or public transport, getting around is a breeze. The building is equipped with an elevator and a bike cellar for added convenience.
For nature lovers, the Main River is only a few minutes away, perfect for walks, jogging, or simply relaxing by the water. Daily shopping is easy, with a Rewe supermarket just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. In the immediate neighborhood, you’ll find several restaurants, two cozy cafés, and a kiosk.

In our flat, you’ll be living with Ik (35), Lea (30), and Myriam (27).
Ik teaches freelance at the university and works in retail, enjoying art, music, and good conversations.
Lea is the longest-standing member of the flat, but she’ll be relocating in the near future.
Myriam, a Masters student and plant enthusiast is also planning to relocate eventually.
Our flat is multicultural, and we speak both English and German. With both Lea and Myriam moving on soon, we’re preparing for a reset over the coming months. I’m looking for someone who enjoys shared activities like cooking or game nights but also values personal space and downtime.
