Ich suche einen neuen Mitbewohner/Mitbewohnerin für mein schönes Altbau Zimmer im Gallusviertel.
Das Zimmer hat ca. 17m2. Die Wohnung wurde vor 2 Jahren komolett saniert, daher auch 2 neue Bäder (großes Bad und Gäste WC) und eine neue Küche.
Das Haus besteht nur aus WGs, die sich alle einen großen Innenhof teilen. Vor dem Haus sind 2 Parkplätze, welche ggf. unter Absprache mit der Vermieterin angemietet werden können. Ansonsten auch sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten mit einem Bewohnerausweis.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Frankenallee, Tram Linien 11,14,21 in 1min und die Galluswarte (S3,S4,S5,S6) in ca. 5min Entfernung. U4 ca. 9 min zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch alle zufuß erreichbar.
In der WG wohnen Giovanna (Frau 24j.) und Luca (Mann 24j.) beide Berufstätig und auch beide italienisch. Größenteils haben wir englisch geredet in der WG, allerdings kann Giovanna auch super deutsch! Die WG ist keine Zweck-WG!!!
Das WG Zimmer ist teilnöbliert mit Bett, Matratze, Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank. Zu meinem Auszug möchte ich einen Abschlag von 150€ für das Ikea regal, welches perfekt in die Nische hinter das Bett passt, sowie die hochwertigen Garidinen und Gardinenstange (nicht verhandelbar!!)
