The room is available only for subletting (Untermiete) for two months.
I will leave the room with furniture. So you are very welcome to use it during your stay :)
The room is in a four-room apartment in a nice XIX century renovated building. There are three bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with a big bathtub, and a living room with a lovely balcony where you can see the amazing Frankfurt skyline. All rooms have sunlight almost the whole day, and they are equipped with a heating system. They have a ceiling 4m high.
The apartment is very well located. Five minutes walking to Bergerstrasse, Günthersburgpark, and Friedbergerplatz. Regular public transportation at only 5-7 minutes (Tram 12 and 18, bus 32 and U4). Supermarkets at only 4-7 minutes (Netto, Rewe, Dm). Nice bakeries, ice-cream shops, and restaurants at just 3-8 minutes walking. Just 10 minutes biking to the city center and to the river as well.
You will live with Christian (37yo, German), part time stand-up comedian who has worked for many years in the gastronomy and now works with school children. He can make anyone laugh at any time of the day :D . The second flatmate is Linh (28yo, German/Vietnamese), master graduate, she works in consulting. She loves to cook and makes crazy Vientamese fusion dishes. We love to spend time together for cooking and drinking or watching movies, and have conversations and lots of laughter. The living room, the balcony and the kitchen are the spaces to interact with the rest of the flatmates.
Since I am spending holidays back home (in Mexico) for most of December, the whole of January, and first week of February, my room will be available during this time for someone else to live there while I am away.
The room is furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a desk, a sofa (convertible), and a shelf.
700€ a month covers the rent and all expenses (electricity, gas, internet, etc.). That means, for 1,400€ you can live here from December 6th, 2024 until Februray 8th, 2025. There will be no additional expenses or deposit.
