Welcome to your new home! This cozy flat share on two floors offers everything you need.
Your room is located on the top floor, is about 15m² in size and receives plenty of sunlight from morning to afternoon. It is fully furnished with a bed, bedside table, closet and desk. If you wish, you can also furnish the room with your own furniture.
The apartment offers plenty of space. There is a spacious kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances such as a fridge, oven, dishwasher and stove. There is also plenty of storage space for food. Pots, pans, crockery and cutlery are provided and can be used by everyone. There are also two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The shared flat also has a living room with a couch and TV as well as a balcony, which we love to use in the summer.

Willkommen in Deinem neuen Zuhause! Diese gemütliche WG auf zwei Etagen bietet alles, was Du brauchst.
Dein Zimmer befindet sich im oberen der beiden Stockwerke, ist etwa 15m² groß und erhält von morgens bis nachmittags viel Sonnenlicht. Es ist komplett möbliert mit Bett, Nachttisch, Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch. Auf Wunsch kannst Du das Zimmer auch mit eigenen Möbeln einrichten.
Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz. Es gibt eine großzügige Küche, die mit allen notwendigen Geräten wie Kühlschrank, Backofen, Spülmaschine und Herd ausgestattet ist. Außerdem gibt es reichlich Stauraum für Lebensmittel. Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck sind vorhanden und können von allen genutzt werden. Zudem gibt es zwei Bäder, die jeweils mit Dusche und Toilette ausgestattet sind sowie mit insgesamt einer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner. Die WG hat außerdem ein Wohnzimmer mit Couch und Fernseher sowie einen Balkon, der im Sommer sehr gerne von uns genutzt wird.
The neighborhood is quiet and green. The Main and Nidda rivers are nearby and are ideal for evening walks. There are several supermarkets in the area: Netto is a 5-minute walk away, Aldi a 10-minute walk and Rewe a 15-minute walk, so you can shop easily. The streetcar stop is only a 2-minute walk away, and the S-Bahn station can be reached in 10 minutes on foot or by bus. For longer journeys, Höchst train station can be reached in 5 minutes by bus or 15 minutes on foot.

Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und grün. Der Main und die Nidda liegen in der Nähe und sind ideal für abendliche Spaziergänge. In der Umgebung gibt es mehrere Supermärkte: Netto ist in 5 Minuten, Aldi in 10 Minuten und Rewe in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass Du bequem einkaufen kannst. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und die S-Bahn-Station erreichst Du in 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus. Für längere Fahrten ist der Bahnhof Höchst mit dem Bus in 5 Minuten oder zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar.
A total of four people (3 male/1 female) live in the shared flat, who are between 20 and 28 years old and are either students or young professionals. About the residents:
- James comes from England and has been working for an asset manager in internal audit for a few months. He is an avid Chelsea fan.
- Priya is from India and is at the end of her Master's degree at Goethe University. She cooks very good Indian food.
- Vincent comes from Heilbronn and is training to be a real estate agent. Vincent likes to do a lot of sport.
- I am the fourth resident and am looking for a new tenant for the apartment from December 1, 2024.

In der WG wohnen insgesamt vier Personen (3m/1w), die zwischen 20 und 28 Jahre alt sind und entweder studieren oder Berufsanfänger sind. Zu den Bewohnern:
- James kommt aus England und arbeitet seit einigen Monaten bei einem Vermögensverwalter im internen Audit. Er ist ein begeisterter Chelsea-Fan.
- Priya kommt aus Indien und befindet sich am Ende ihres Masterstudiums an der Goethe-Universität. Sie kocht sehr gutes indisches Essen.
- Vincent kommt aus Heilbronn und macht eine Ausbildung als Immobilienmakler. Vincent treibt gerne viel Sport.
- Ich bin der vierte Bewohner und suche ab dem 1. Dezember 2024 einen Nachmieter für die Wohnung.
We are looking for a new roommate (m/f/d) who is also between 20 and 30 years old and is at the end of their studies or starting their career.
