Hey 👋🏼 Since I am moving out of the flatshare into my own apartment , the fully furnished room is now vacant and the WG is looking for a new flatmate..
This is a permanent long term contract, so it is good for city registration. There is also a cleaning lady who comes weekly. The rent includes everything. All costs are covered : heating, water, electricity, internet, and even including radio fees for some months so you do not pay anything extra.
The free room corresponds to the ground floor on the 3 storied house. It is a square room and offers plenty of space. The window faces south, so the room is always nice and bright.
The ground floor has two rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with natural light, and a hallway, The bathroom is separated from the toilet which means that the shower and toilet are spatially separated and can therefore be used at the same time.
The kitchen is well equipped, with a state of the art 4 place stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, water kettle, and so on are all available. In the basement there is a place for some items to be kept and the washing machines for the house.
The rooms have new wooden floorboards, the kitchen and bathroom are tiled. the hallways are operated with an automated lighting system.
The 2nd floor also has 3 rooms and separate bathroom, shower and toilet. The 3rd floor is not accessible as it belongs completely to a family and not part of the WG.
The entire building is located on the residential district at the heart Frankfurt Sud (Tucholskystrasse ) and is pretty quiet and the neighbors have never complained so far with
minimal noises during our get togethers or small parties. For extreme parties alt Sachs is 5mins away. So you can do the best of both worlds.
The location has access to every single public transport - trams (16) bus stations (M36,30 and 45) and ubhans (U1,2,4,8) s bhans (S3,5,8,9) and even rails(RB,VVR) including flexibus and flexitrain.
you have access to the best train station frankfurt sud which is even better than the Hauptbahnof.
Around the apartment you will find: many food outlets on parallel roads pizzeria on the corner. tegut is 2 mins walk away, Aldi, Rewe lidle, netto (each about 6 - 15 minutes on foot) access to a lot of Resturants and pubs about 10mins by foot.
Amazing doctor with a walk in anytime appointment system is also available in 5mins distance.
This is a 3 storied building and in your floor (ground) you will share it with one other person. Your floormate will be Thomas who is from the UK.
The hallway, basement is used commonly for all the floors
There are 4 other parties living in the house itself,
The 2nd floor is occupied by 3 others : Matthieu (German), Romit(Indian), a new person from Africa(female) all of whom are young, clean, disciplined and extremely fun.
The 3rd floor is occupied by Gonza and Melli, a nice Argentinian couple in a 2 Zimmer home!! they are not part of the flatshare.
All of the people are always down for cooking together, going out for events or just having their personal time. You can chat and learn various languages.
There are 2 gardens a small one at the front of the house and one behind the house. These belong to the house can be used by everyone /communally and offers space for bicycles as well

I will choose the 1st three candidates that agree for the apartment and send it to the landlord. The final selection would be done by the landlord. The move in date is on 7th December.
