Ich bin Giusy und suche einen neuen Mitbewohner für unsere WG. Das Zimmer ist ab dem 20. Februar verfügbar, oder bei Bedarf auch früher oder 1.März.
Die Zimmer befindet sich in einem Altbau und ist ca. 25 m² groß, riesig!!. Dank 2 Fenstern mit Rollläden ist sie angenehm hell und sehr gut gegen Lärm isoliert, mit einem Blick ins Grüne auf die Habsburgerallee. Aufgrund der großzügigen Fläche bietet das Zimmer Platz für eine Arbeitsecke sowie eine gemütliche Sitzecke.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und bereit zum Einziehen! Es ist jedoch notwendig, dass der neue Mieter die Möbel übernimmt, die zusammen mit dem Zimmer angeschafft wurden. Der Preis ist festgelegt, mit der Möglichkeit, die Zahlung bei Bedarf in 2 Raten aufzuteilen.
Die Möbel umfassen: Matratze (160x200), Bett mit 4 Schubladen, Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl, Schreibtischschrank mit 3 Schubladen, großen Teppich, weißer Tisch, weißes Regal, weißen Schrank mit 2 Türen, großen PAX-Kleiderschrank mit zwei Türen (2.30x2.00 meter), Deckenlampe, weißen Stuhl, Kleiderständer und Spiegel - 900€. Alles andere ist nicht enthalten.
Die Wohnung ist mit allen notwendigen Geräten ausgestattet, darunter Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Backofen und Kühlschrank, und bietet Zugang zu einem Kellerraum.
Der Beitrag für die WLAN-Internetverbindung beträgt monatlich 20 Euro.

I’m Giusy and I’m looking for a new flatmate for our shared apartment. The room will be available from February 20th or earlier if needed or from March 1st.
The room is located in a historic building and is approximately 25 m² in size (hugeee!). Thanks to 2 windows with shutters, it is really bright and very well insulated from noise, with a view of the greenery on Habsburgerallee. The room is big enough to create a corner for work and a space as a living room.
The room is furnished and ready to move in! However, it is necessary that the new tenant takes over the furniture that was purchased together with the room. The price is fixed, with the option to split the payment into 2 installments if needed.
The furniture includes: mattress (160x200), bed with 4 drawers, desk, office chair, desk cabinet with 3 drawers, large carpet, white shelf, white table, white cabinet with 2 doors, large PAX wardrobe with two doors (2.30x2.00 meters), ceiling lamp, white chair, clothes rack, and mirror - 900€. Everything else is not included.
The apartment is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, refrigerator, and offers access to a cellar.
The contribution for the Wi-Fi connection is 20 euros per month.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im wunderschönen Stadtteil Bornheim. Sie liegt zentral, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Bergerstraße (Rewe, Aldi, Fit 7/11, Fit Prime, Netto, DM) und zum Sandweg.
Außerdem ist sie in nur 3 Minuten bequem mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar (U-Bahn Linie U-4, Haltestelle Höhenstraße, Bus Linie 32 und Straßenbahn Linie 14).
Sowohl der Günthersburgpark als auch der Ostpark und der Main sind leicht zu Fuß erreichbar und bieten im Sommer einen perfekten Ort zum Entspannen.
