Das Zimmer hat ca. 15qm, wirkt durch die hohen Decken aber sehr viel größer. Das große Fenster liegt an der Nord-Ost-Seite des Hauses. Eine Wand ist momentan noch dunkel gestrichen, aber da kann man sich gerne austoben und neu streichen :)
Die WG hat eine Küche mit Dusche, ein separates WC, einen kleinen Abstellraum und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Da ich hier schon länger wohne, ist bereits alles vorhanden, was man im Alltag so benötigt. Abgesehen von der üblichen Ausstattung gibt es in der Wohnung eine Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, außerdem eine Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher.

The room has 15sqm, but seems much bigger due to the high ceilings. The window is on the north-east side of the house. One wall is currently painted in a dark grey, but that can be painted over however you like.
The WG has a kitchen with a shower, a separated WC, a small storage room and a cozy living room. Since I‘ve been living here for a while now, there’s everything you need already here. Apart from the usual, this place has a washing machine, a dishwasher, coffee machine, a kettle and a microwave.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4. OG eines Altbauhauses im Gutleutviertel. Der Hauptbahnhof und die Haltestelle Baseler Platz sind in unter 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, außerdem die Bushaltestelle der Linie 64 Rottweiler Platz in unter 5 Minuten.
Zum Einkaufen liegen ein Rewe und das Skyline Plaza in der Nähe. Zum Spazieren oder Laufen ist man in wenigen Minuten direkt am Main.

The apartment is on the 4th floor of an old building in the Gutleutviertel of Frankfurt. The main station and the stop Baseler Platz are within 10 minutes walking distance, the bus stop Rottweiler Place is within 5 minutes walking distance.
For shopping, there’s a Rewe and the Skyline Plaza Close by, where you can get anything from clothes, gifts to groceries. If you want to go for a walk or run, the river Main is just down the street.
Ich bin Sina, bin 25 Jahre alt und studiere im Master Theater-, Film- und Medienwissenschaften an der Goethe-Uni. Außerdem arbeite ich als Werkstudi in der Alten Oper, weshalb ich oft erst nach 23 Uhr nach Hause komme. Vor allem deshalb suche ich eine ruhige Person mit WG-Erfahrung, für die das Einhalten eines Putzplans und Respekt für die Privatsphäre des anderen selbstverständlich sind. Ich würde mich aber auch über WG-Abende freuen, bei denen man sich mit einem Kartenspiel, Film oder Glas Wein zusammensetzt. Ich habe eine große Spielesammlung und eine noch größere Filmsammlung, die man sich ausleihen kann :)

I am Sina, 25 years old, and I‘m doing my masters in Theater, Film and Media at the Goethe University. I also work part time at the Alte Oper, so I often come home after 11pm. That’s mainly why I’m looking for a more calm person with experience with shared living situations, for whom working with a cleaning schedule and respect for each others privacy is a given. I would also enjoy spending an evening together every now and then and watch a movie, play a card game or have a nice chat and a glass of wine. I have a good collection of card and board games and an even bigger collection of movies, which you can lend if you like :)

Wer bis hier hin gelesen hat, der beginnt die Nachricht bitte mit einem Moin. Nur diese Anfragen werde ich lesen, da erfahrungsgemäß einige bei mir ankommen werden. Ich werde mich aber um schnelle Antworten bemühen und innerhalb eines Tages antworten.
