Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Stresemannallee/Gartenstraße ist in drei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und wird von den Straßenbahnlinien 12,15,16,17,19,20+21 bedient. Von hier sind es nur zwei Stationen bis zum Hauptbahnhof, vor wo sie per U- und S-Bahn überall im Rhein-Main-Gebiet hingelangen oder ebenfalls zwei Stationen bis zur Schweizer Straße, wo sie ebenfalls Anschluss zur U-Bahn haben.

Die Uniklinik Frankfurt befindet sich in Laufnähe, zum Main mit dem Museumsufer ( ideale Jogging-Strecke) sind es fünf Minuten zu Fuß und zum Stadtwald geht es per Straßenbahn oder Fahrrad in zehn Minuten.

The Stresemannallee/Gartenstraße streetcar stop is a three-minute walk away and is served by streetcar lines 12,15,16,17,19,20+21. From here it is only two stops to the main train station, from where you can get to anywhere in the Rhine-Main area by underground or suburban train, or two stops to Schweizer Strasse, where you also have a connection to the subway.

The Frankfurt University Hospital is within walking distance, the Main with the Museumsufer (ideal jogging route) is a five-minute walk and the city forest is ten minutes away by streetcar or bicycle.

Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich eine große Garage, in der alle Mieter Ihre Fahrräder sicher abstellen können.
Im Keller befinden sich zwei Waschmaschinen und ein Trockner, die allen Mietern zur Verfügung stehen, sowie genügend Platz um Wäsche zum Trocknen aufzuhängen.

There are two washing machines and a tumble dryer in the basement, which are available to all tenants, as well as enough space to hang laundry to dry.

Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 6 Monate, danach kann das Zimmer jederzeit beiderseits mit einer Frist von einem Monat zum Monatsende gekündigt werden.

Die Mietkosten beinhalten sämtliche Nebenkosten wie Heizung, Wasser, Strom, aber auch Internetanschluss, Reinigung der Gemeinschaftsflächen, etc. Ihr Mietpreis ist ein Inklusivpreis ohne weitere versteckte Nebenkosten. Den Mietpreis für die einzelnen Zimmer entnehmen Sie bitte der jeweiligen Beschreibung.

Die Kaution beträgt eine Monatsmiete, welche bei Anmietung eines Zimmers zu zahlen ist und welche innerhalb 2 Wochen nach ordnungsgemäßer Rückgabe des Zimmers zurückgezahlt wird.

Eine Verwaltungsgebühr wird nicht erhoben.
Die Gemeinschaftsräume und das Treppenhaus werden wöchentlich durch uns gereinigt. Für die Reinigung Ihres Zimmers sind sie selber verantwortlich.

Im Haus steht WLAN mit 1000 MBit Download über Glasfaseranschluss zur Verfügung.

Die Abwicklung ist kinderleicht. Wir senden Ihnen den Mietvertrag als elektronisches Dokument zu und der Vertragsschluss kann Online erfolgen. Keine Papierstapel, keine unnötigen Anreisen. Ein paar Klicks und sie haben eine neues Zuhause in Frankfurt.

The common rooms and the staircase are cleaned by us on a weekly basis. You are responsible for the cleaning of your room.

WLAN with 1000 MBit download via fiber optic connection is available in the house.
