Zwei Badezimmer (kein Warten nötig!)
Eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen, zwei Kühlschränken, Wasserkocher, Geschirrspüler sowie sämtlichem Besteck und Kochgeschirr
Eine Waschmaschine im Keller
Ein Kellerabteil für zusätzlichen Stauraum
Die Miete umfasst alle Nebenkosten, mit Ausnahme der GEZ.
Das Zimmer ist ideal für jemanden, der eine gemütliche, einzugsbereite Unterkunft in einer lebhaften WG sucht.

As I’m moving out of Frankfurt, it’s time to say goodbye to my lovely room!
One room is available in a 4-girls WG. The room is approx. 14 m², fully furnished, and comes with:
A double bed with mattress
A wardrobe
A desk
A large coffee table
The apartment offers:
A spacious living room and a balcony
Two bathrooms (no waiting time!)
A fully equipped kitchen with an oven, two fridges, kettle, dishwasher, and all necessary cutlery and cookware
A washing machine in the basement
A Keller for extra storage
The rent includes all amenities, except for the GEZ.
The room is perfect for someone looking for a cozy, ready-to-move-in space in a vibrant WG.
Important: Per the landlord’s request, the room is only available for women.

Nur 1 Minute von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Luthmerstraße entfernt und 7 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Nied Bahnhof. Das Stadtzentrum ist in etwa 10 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt auch Buslinien, die Sie in weniger als 10 Minuten bequem nach Höchst, Schwanheim und weitere Orte bringen.
In der Umgebung gibt es mehrere Supermärkte und andere Geschäfte, Restaurants aus aller Welt, einen schönen Park und ein Café mit K-Pop-Thema :)

The location is the best!
Only 1 minute away from Luthmerstraße tram station as well as 7 minutes walking from Nied Bahnhof. Getting to the city center takes about 10 minutes. There are also bus lines that would take you conveniently to Höchst, Schwanheim, and more in less than 10 minutes.
The area has several supermarkets and other shops, restaurants from all around the world, a lovely park, even a K-pop-themed café :)

Das Umfeld in der WG ist sehr international, da jedes Mitglied aus einer anderen Ecke der Welt kommt. Zwei der Mädchen arbeiten, und eine ist gerade nach Deutschland gezogen, um ihr Musikstudium aufzunehmen. Es ist eine Mischung aus Zweck-WG, da jeder mit seinem eigenen Leben beschäftigt ist, aber ab und zu essen wir zusammen in der Küche oder machen gemeinsam etwas draußen.
Es ist überwiegend ruhig, und die Nachbarn sind nicht besonders lärmfreundlich, daher ist es keine typische Party-WG.

The environment in the WG is very international, with each member coming from a different part of the world. Two of the girls are working, and one has just moved to Germany to pursue her studies in music. It's somewhere between a Zweck-WG, as everyone is busy with their own lives, but we time to time come together to eat in the kitchen or go out together.
It's mostly quiet, and the neighbors are not very welcoming of noise, so it’s not exactly a party WG.
