wir sind eine 3er WG in Frankfurt Sachsenhausen.
Lea zieht aus und ihr Zimmer wird ab November frei. Katharina und ich bleiben beide in der WG wohnen und suchen zum 1. November ein neue Mitbewohnerin.
Das Zimmer ist mit circa 25 Quadratmetern sehr groß und hat einen Balkon mit super viel Sonnenschein, sodass man es im Sommer kaum aushält. Einige Möbelstücke können nach Absprache von Lea oder dem Vermieter übernommen werden.

We are a 3-person flat share in Frankfurt Sachsenhausen.
Lea is moving out and her room will be available from November. Katharina and Indhu are both staying in the shared flat and are looking for a new flatmate from November 1st.
The room is very large at around 25 square meters and has a balcony with lots of sunshine, so you can hardly stand it in summer. Some pieces of furniture can be taken over by Lea or the landlord by arrangement.
Die WG liegt in Sachsenhausen Nord, nähe Uniklinikum. Die Straßenbahn Haltestelle ist keine 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Wohnung ist allerdings im 5. Stock, also müsstest du relativ fit sein. Mit Parkplätzen für ein Auto ist es in der Straße hier relativ schwierig, ein Fahrrad kann aber im Hof untergebracht werden.

The shared flat is located in Sachsenhausen Nord, near the university hospital. The streetcar stop is less than a 2-minute walk away. However, the apartment is on the 5th floor, so you should be relatively fit. Parking for a car is relatively difficult in the street here, but a bicycle can be stored in the courtyard.
Kathi (40) arbeitet im IT Bereich and Indhu (30), schreibt gerade meine Doktorarbeit an der Goethe Uni.
Tagsüber sind wir alle busy mit unseren Jobs und Routinen, aber am Wochenende treffen wir uns oft in der Küche und quatschen gern mal.
Es gibt einen Putzplan, wo wir wöchentlich die gemeinschatlich genutzten Räume wie Küche, Bad, Flur und Treppenhaus abwechselnd putzen.
Wir würden uns als aufgeschlossene, kommunikativ und locker beschreiben. Ansonsten respektieren wir es, wenn jemand mal seine Ruhe braucht und wünschen uns einfach eine offene Kommunikation.
Es wäre wichtig, dass du an einer langfristigen Mietung interessiert bist, und nicht direkt wieder nach 6 Monaten Praktikum ausziehen möchtest.

Kathi (40) works in IT and Indhu (30) is currently writing my doctoral thesis at Goethe University.
During the day we are all busy with our jobs and routines, but at the weekend we often meet in the kitchen and like to chat.
We have a weekly cleaning schedule where we take turns cleaning the shared rooms such as the kitchen, bathroom, hallway and stairwell.
We would describe ourselves as open-minded, communicative and easy-going. Otherwise, we respect it when someone needs some peace and quiet and simply want open communication.
It is important that you are interested in a long-term tenancy and do not want to move out immediately after 6 months of work experience.
Wichtig wäre, dass du auch berufstätig und schon etwas ruhiger bist, Partys werden hier im Hause nicht so gern gesehen.
Für die Waschmaschine fällt ein Abschlag von circa 150 Euro an. Kaution sind 840 Euro. Einige Möbelstücke sollten von Lea übernommen werden. Der Mietvertrag wird direkt mit dem Vermieter geschlossen, der auch im Haus wohnt. Dort müsstest du dich dann auch nochmal persönlich vorstellen.
In der Wohnung gibt es keinen Aufzug, und die WG liegt im fünften Stock. Das ist vielleicht wichtig zu wissen, wenn Sie schweres Gepäck haben oder Treppensteigen nicht Ihr Ding ist.

There’s no elevator in the apartment, and the shared flat is on the fifth floor. This might be important to know if you have heavy luggage or if climbing stairs isn’t your thing.
