Die Wohnung (einschließlich Badezimmer, Küche und Balkon) wird mit zwei freundlichen Mädchen geteilt. Daher ist es wichtig, eine harmonische und respektvolle Atmosphäre zu bewahren und die Gemeinschaftsbereiche nach der Nutzung sauber zu halten.

The rent is 500 EUR including internet, electricity and heater.
The apartment is shared with two other friendly girls. Therefore, it is important to maintain a harmonious and respectful environment, as well as to keep the common areas clean after using them :)

Die WG befindet sich weniger als 2 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn und der nächsten Bushaltestelle entfernt. Einen REWE erreicht man in ca. 5 Gehminuten. Die Berger Straße ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und voll mit Bars, Restaurants und Supermärkten.
The apartment is less than 2 minutes walk from the subway and the nearest bus stop. A REWE can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. Berger Straße is a 10-minute walk away and is full of bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
Das Zimmer wird sauber und aufgeräumt übergeben und ich lege Wert darauf, dass es am Ende in der gleichen Weise wieder übergeben wird.
Ich werde meine Sachen aus dem Kleiderschrank und den zusätzlichen Möbeln nehmen, damit du Platz für deine Sachen hast.
The room will be handed over clean and tidy and I make a point of handing it back in the same way at the end.
I will take my things out of the closet and extra furniture so you have room for your things.
