The room is comfortably located in the attic which is the 3rd floor with a view over the roofs of the historic old town of Freiberg. The room is furnished with a 140cm bed with mattress (3 year old), a coach and a 3-door wardrobe, both of which I would like to keep in there. If you bring your own furniture, we will have to discuss the bulky waste disposal. The room costs 147 euros for the rent and 41 euros for utilities. It has laminate flooring. The walls are painted white.
The shared apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and an extra store room.
The shared apartment is in the center of Freiberg with shops nearby (organic food store, Edeka, Kaufland), cafes (Cafe Momo!) and bars. Korngasse is not a through road and is therefore rather quiet. The attic location means you are well above the street.
It takes 10-15 minutes by bike to get to the university campus.
The roommates are quiet and the shared apartment is definitely not a party place. However, they are always up for a nice chat in the kitchen. Everyone is more or less concerned about cleanliness. If there are any problems, we address them directly so that everyone has a good time.
