TUBF Student looking for an accomodation in Freiberg

I am a student at the Technische Universität Bergakademie Freiberg (TUBF), seeking a comfortable and convenient accommodation in the city. I plan to move to Freiberg by March 2025 for the summer intake.
As a responsible and respectful individual, I assure you that I will take great care of the room and property. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker, and I value cleanliness.
I am fluent in multiple languages, including German, Hindi, English, and Malayalam.
I am a polite and sincere person who appreciates a peaceful and harmonious living environment. I am excited about the opportunity to find a nice room in Freiberg.
I am a responsible student and I assure you that I will pay the rents on time. As academics are my main priority, I will not engage in any other activities apart from my studies.

Ich habe vor, bis März 2025 zum Sommersemester nach Freiberg zu ziehen. Als verantwortungsbewusster und respektvoller Mensch versichere ich Ihnen, dass ich mich sorgfältig um das Zimmer und die Immobilie kümmern werde. Ich bin Nichtraucher und Nichttrinker und lege großen Wert auf Sauberkeit. Ich spreche mehrere Sprachen fließend, darunter Deutsch, Hindi, Englisch und Malayalam.
