Das Zimmer ist ca. 13 m2 groß mit einem Fenster Richtung Süden. Es ist voll möbiliert.
Es gibt wunderbarerweise auch ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, Esstisch und Bücher-, Spiele- und Beamer.
Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht, inklusive Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und Thermomix. Bad und WC sind praktischerweise getrennt und ganz in einem schicken 60er Jahre Beigeton mit Blümchen gehalten. Fahrräder kann man im Hinterhof abstellen und ein Kellerabteil und eine Abstellkammer haben wir auch.

The room is approx. 13 m2 in size with a south-facing window. It is fully furnished.
There is also a wonderful living room with sofa, dining table and books, games and projector.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, fridge and Thermomix. The bathroom and WC are conveniently separate and decorated in a chic 60s beige colour with flowers. Bicycles can be parked in the backyard and we also have a cellar compartment and a storage room.
Könnte nicht besser sein! Zentral zwischen Bahnhof und Uni gelegen, Cafés, Kneipen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind super nah. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man aber trotzdem in 10 Minuten in der Natur.

Couldn't be better! Centrally located between the train station and the university, cafés, pubs and shopping facilities are super close by. But you can still be in the countryside in 10 minutes by bike.
Du würdest mit uns - Esma, Moritz und Sonja - zusammenleben.
Esma studiert Geographie des globalen Wandels und ist auch sonst viel in der Welt unterwegs.
Moritz studiert Medizin. Er geht gerne joggen, ins Theater und hört Podcasts.
Sonja studiert auch Geographie und ist für jeden Spaß, ob Kochen, Langlaufen, Spieleabend, zu haben
Das WG -Leben ist super herzlich und entspannt. Klar, hat jede*r tagsüber ordentlich zu tun, aber abends wird oft gemeinsam gechillt, gegessen und am Sonntag natürlich Tatort geguckt.

You would live with us - Esma, Moritz and Sonja.
Esma is studying the geography of global change and is also travelling the world a lot.
Moritz is studying medicine. He likes jogging, going to the theatre and listening to podcasts.
Sonja is also studying geography and is always up for a bit of fun, whether it's cooking, cross-country skiing or a games evening
Life in the shared flat is super friendly and relaxed. Of course, everyone has a lot to do during the day, but in the evenings we often chill out together, eat and of course watch Tatort on Sundays.
Ich (Leonie) bin den März über in Berlin und freue mich, wenn mein Zimmer nicht leer stehen muss.
Die Ein- & Auszugsdaten sind aber auch etwas flexibel, also melde dich gerne, wenn es passen könnte.
Sehr gerne können wir dann mal videocallen und du die Wohnung besser kennenlernen.

However, the move-in and move-out dates are also somewhat flexible, so please get in touch if it could be a good fit.
