Hi, ich biete 1 Zimmer von Mai bis Juni (mit Option auf Verlängerung) für eine Person, die eigentlich lieber allein wohnen würde (so wie ich, aber Freiburger Wohnungsmarkt...bah). Das bedeutet: ich suche nicht nach einer Person, mit der ich tiefe Gespräche führen, zusammen kochen und quality time verbringen kann, sondern eine, mit der ich entspannt nebeneinander her leben kann. Das heißt nicht, dass wir nicht respektvoll und freundlich miteinander umgehen, sondern einfach, dass jede Person ihr Ding macht und beide damit happy sind. Ich möchte an meinem Erholungs- und Rückzugsort nicht das Gefühl haben, zwischenmenschliche Erwartungen erfüllen zu müssen. Ordnung, Sauberkeit, Rücksichtnahme und die geteilte Verantwortung für eine Umgebung, in der wir uns wohlfühlen können, sind mir extrem wichtig – wenn du nicht von selbst darauf kommst, gemeinschaftlich geteilte Flächen zu saugen oder die Duschvorhänge zu waschen, wenn sie anfangen zu müffeln, passen wir leider nicht zusammen. Ich suche als Mitbewohny: FLINTA* oder Ally, Veggie, Job außer Haus, 30+.
Dein Zimmer (2. Stock, DG) hat einen Zugang zum großen Balkon mit Nachmittags- und Abendsonne. Es ist möbliert mit 1 Kleiderschrank, 1 Wandregal und einem 1,40m-Bett (sans Matratze), nach Absprache mit Tisch und Stuhl. Einziger (möglicher) Haken ist die Lage: die Wohnung liegt im Industriegebiet (Brühl, hinterm Güterbahnhof, Nähe Messe/IKEA). Bitte melde dich nur, wenn das wirklich für dich infrage kommt.
Haustiere leider nicht erlaubt :(
Die Miete ist 560€/Monat, die Kaution von ca. 900€ wird fällig vor Einzug.

Hello there, I am offering 1 room from March to June (with option to extend) for a person who would actually prefer to live alone (like me, but Freiburgs housing market...ugh). This means: I am not looking for a person with whom I can have deep conversations, cook together and spend quality time, but someone with whom I can live side by side in a relaxed way. This doesn't mean that we don't treat each other with respect and friendliness, but simply that each person does their own thing and both are happy with it. I don't want to feel that I have to fulfil interpersonal expectations in my place of relaxation and retreat. Tidiness, cleanliness, consideration and shared responsibility for an environment in which we can feel comfortable are extremely important to me – if you can't figure out how to hoover a shared area or wash the shower curtains when they start to smell, unfortunately this isn't for you. What I am looking for in a flatmate: FLINTA* or ally, veggie, job outside the home, 30+.
Your room (2nd floor, attic) has access to the large balcony with afternoon and evening sun. It is furnished with 1 wardrobe, 1 wall shelf and a 1.40m bed (sans mattress), with a table and chair by arrangement. The only (possible) catch is the location: the flat is in the industrial area (Brühl, behind the freight station, near Messe/IKEA). Please only get in touch if this is really an option for you.
