You will be living in an approximately 13 square meter room in the Güterbahnhof area. The apartment is spacious and newly built with a lot of light.
You will be using my equipment for the time you are living in my room. There is a height-adjustable desk with a desk lamp, an ergonomic office chair, a small red wooden shelf, a bed, and a wardrobe.
You will reach the Strassebahn station for tram number 2 in 8 minutes. In addition, plenty of Frelo stations are within 3 to 5 minutes walking distances.
Furthermore, dm and edeka are reachable in 4 minutes and Kaufland in 9 minutes.
Please note that construction work is in progress in the neighborhood. There will be constant construction noise. However, when the windows are closed you will not be disturbed by any noise.
You will be living with Mansoor and Hamida who are both my colleagues at my workplace. They are nice and quiet guys. They are working during the day and retreat to their rooms in the evening except for the time that they are cooking. Everyone is about their own life, so you will have all your time to yourself.
You will be sharing the bathroom with Mansoor. There is a tab, and a shower available.
You will be sharing the kitchen as well. Dishes are available and you are welcome to bring your own dishes if you wish to. There is an oven, a stove and a fridge available as well.
We are a Muslim flatshare. We don't drink alcohol, we don't smoke and we eat Halal food. If you are a Muslim, then this is the best suit for you.
Since Hamida can't stand animals close to her, we can't keep pets.
Please note that there is a cleaning plan in place as well. Every Saturday, one person has to do the cleaning of the common living area, especially the kitchen area.
Since I am already out of Germany, Mansoor will be available to give you a viewing of the apartment.
