Das Zimmer in der 3-er Wg wird nur befristet zur Untermiete vermietet vom 01.07. bis zum 31.08. Eine Verlängerung bis zum 31.12 ist auch möglich.
Das Zimmer ist 13qm groß und wird komplett möbliert angeboten. Im Zimmer befinden sich ein Kleiderschrank, 2 Regale, ein Bett und ein Schreibtisch. Die Wohnung ist im 2.OG.
Die Miete beträgt 400€/Monat und enthält alle Nebenkosten (inklusive WLAN). Es muss auch keine Kaution bezahlt werden.
The room in the 3-bedroom apartment is only sublet for a limited period from July 2nd until August 31st. An extension until December 31st is also possible. The room is 13 square meters and is offered fully furnished. The room has a wardrobe, 2 shelves, a bed and a desk. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. The rent is €400/month and includes all additional costs (inclusive WIFI). There is also no deposit required.
Zur nächsten Haltestelle Dorfbrunnen (5) sind es zu Fuß etwa 3 Minuten. Bis zur Innenstadt und zur Uni sind es etwa 10 Minuten mit der Bahn, mit dem Fahrrad 11 Minuten. Der nächste Supermarkt (Lidl, dm) ist zu Fuß 3 Minuten entfernt. Aldi und Edeka sind auch eine Haltestelle entfernt.
It's about a 3-minute walk to the next stop, Dorfbrunnen (tram 5). It's about 10 minutes by tram to city center and the university, and 11 minutes by bike. The nearest supermarket (Lidl, dm) is a 3-minute walk away. Aldi and Edeka are also one stop away.
Da ich (21, Studentin) am 01.07 umziehen werde will ich das Zimmer zur Untermietung bieten.
In der Wg wohnen noch Karla (24, sie beendet gerade ihr Studium in Liberal Arts and Sciences) und Vinya (26, sie arbeitet beim Michelin ist aber gerade zu Hause gegangen und kommt zurück nur Mitte Juli).
Sie sind beide sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Karla kann Deutsch und Englisch sprechen und Vinya kann nur Englisch sprechen.
Since I (21, student) will be moving out on July 1st, I want to sublet the room. In the apartment are currently living: Karla (24, she is currently finishing her studies in Liberal Arts and Sciences) and Vinya (26, she works at Michelin but has just gone home and will only be back mid-July). They are both very nice and willing to help you with anything. Karla can speak German and English and Vinya can only speak English.
Die Wohnung enthält zusätzlich eine Waschmaschine, einen Trockner, eine Regendusche.
Parkmöglichkeiten sind in der Straße möglich, für Fahrräder gibt es ein im Keller Stellfläche

The apartment also contains a washing machine and a dryer. Parking is possible on the street, and there is space for bicycles in the basement.
