Ich bin für 3 Monate in Wien und biete mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an. Die Wohnung ist in Littenweiler im Osten, mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder mit dem Fahrrad kann man in 20-25 Minuten in der Innenstadt sein.
Mein Zimmer ist circa 16qm groß. Ich werde einen großteil meiner Sachen im Zimmer lassen, aber Platz für deine Klamotten schaffen. Über alles weitere können wir dann sprechen, da wird sich eine Lösung finden.
Da die Wohnung am Rand von Littenweiler liegt kommt man schnell in den Schwarzwald für einen kleinen Spaziergang.
Das WG-Leben ist eher ruhig. Michi (30) ist angehender Lehrer (Geschichte/ Deutsch) und momentan sehr mit seinem Referendariat beschäftigt. Die dritte Person casten wird gerade noch, von daher wird es sich zeigen, wie sich das WG-Leben im Herbst und Winter gestalten wird.
Die Zwischenmiete eignet sich ideal für ein erstes Ankommen in Freiburg und die weitere Zimmersuche.

I'm going to be in Vienna for 3 months and am offering my room for sublet. The apartment is in Littenweiler, in the east of Freiburg. You can reach the city center in 20-25 minutes by public transport or by bike.
My room is approximately 16 square meters. I will leave most of my things in the room, but I'll make space for your clothes. We can discuss everything else, and I'm sure we’ll find a solution.
Since the apartment is on the edge of Littenweiler, you can quickly get to the Black Forest for a short walk.
Life in the shared flat is generally quiet. Michi (30) is a trainee teacher (history/German) and is currently very busy with his teaching internship. We are still in the process of finding a third person.
This sublet is ideal for someone looking to get settled in Freiburg and search for a more permanent room.
