The furnished balcony room (bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair and desk chair) is bright and friendly, through the large window front with direct access to the very large balcony with awning and garden furniture. The floor is laminate-lined. WLAN is available and included in the additional costs. A television can be connected to the satellite system in the room. Included in the price is the shared use of the bathroom (shower and bathtub), washing machine and the large eat-in kitchen on the ground floor, including the kitchen appliances.
Das möblierte Balkonzimmer (Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Kommode, Sessel und Schreibtischstuhl) ist hell und freundlich, durch die große Fensterfront mit dem direkten Zugang zum sehr großen Balkon mit Markisse und Gartenmöbel. Der Boden ist mit Lamminat ausgelegt. WLAN ist vorhanden und in den Nebenkosten inbegriffen. Ein Fernseher kann im Zimmer an die Satellittenanlage angeschlossen werden. Im Preis inbegriffen ist die Mitbenutzung des Badezimmer (Dusche und Badewanne), Waschmaschine und die große Wohnküche im Erdgeschoss, inklusive der Küchengeräte.
We live in Opfingen, a district in the green west of Freiburg. The one-family house is located in the middle of Opfingen in a quiet side street. In Opfingen there is the necessary infrastructure, like shopping facilities (Edeka and bio shop, doctors and pharmacy, pubs and restaurant). In summer you can enjoy life in the ice cream parlour at the village square. The two nearby "straussen" also invite you to hang around.
The next bus stop is about 5 minutes' walk away. From there every 25 minutes public transport leaves in 12 minutes to the nearest tram stop in Rieselfeld. In total, it takes about 30 minutes from Opfingen to the city centre.
Wir wohnen in Opfingen einem Stadtteil im grünen Westen von Freiburg. Das Einfamilienhaus liegt mitten in Opfingen in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. In Opfingen gibt es die notwendige Infrastruktur, wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka und Bioladen, Ärzte und Apotheke, Kneipen und Restaurant). Im Sommer lässt sich in der Eisdiele am Dorfplatz das Leben geniessen. Auch die naheliegenden zwei Straussen laden zum verweilen ein.
Zur nächsten Bushaltstelle sind es ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuss. Von dort fährt alle 25 Minuten der ÖPNV in 12 Minuten zur nächstgelegenen Strassenbahnhaltestelle im Rieselfeld. Insgesamt braucht man von Opfingen bis in die Stadtmitte ca. 30 Minuten.
My son (18 years old), my daughter (21 years old) and I live in the described one-family house as a single working father. I am working full-time, my son attends high school, my daughter studies forestry and environment at the University of Freiburg. We are quite relaxed in everyday life, have dinner together and spend the weekends with exciting activities depending on the season.
Im beschreibenen Einfamilienhaus, wohnen mein Sohn (18 Jahre), meine Tochter (21 Jahre) und ich als alleinerziehender berufstätiger Vater. Ich bin berufstätig in Vollzeit, mein Sohn besucht das Gymnasium, meine Tochter studiert an der Uni Freiburg, Waldwirtschaft und Umwelt. Wir sind im Alltag ziemlich entspannt, essen gemeinsam zu Abend und verbringen die Wochenenden mit spannenden Aktionen je nach Jahreszeit.
