Das Zimmer liegt im zweiten Stockwerk und ist derzeit möbeliert (d.h. Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, 1 großer Schrank, Bett, Schaukelstuhl und Kleiderstange). Das Zimmer misst 17qm groß mit sehr hoher Decke. Im Zimmer ist des Weiteren ein Waschbecken und ein Spiegel vorhanden. Internet und Warmwasser sind in der Miete enthalten.
The room is on the second floor and is currently furnished (i.e. desk with chair, 1 large wardrobe, bed, rocking chair and clothes rail). The room measures 17 sqm with a very high ceiling - old building. The room also has a washbasin and mirror. Internet and hot water are included in the rent.
Das Wohnheim befindet sich im Stadtteil Stühlinger süd-westlich vom Hauptbahnhof. Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 5 Minuten bei der Haltestelle Eschholzstraße. Mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Einkaufen kann man in der Nähe bei Edeka oder Penny (auch ca. 5 Minuten entfernt). Die Mudom-Bar befindet sich auf dem Wohnheimsgelände.
The dormitory is located in the Stühlinger district south-west of the main railway station. You can reach the Eschholzstraße stop within 5 minutes on foot. By bicycle in 5 minutes in the city centre. Shopping can be done nearby at Edeka or Penny (also about 5 minutes away). The Mudom-Bar is located on the dormitory grounds.
Wir sind eine recht angenehme und ruhige WG, die einen freundlichen Umgangston miteinander pflegt. Es wird zwar nicht jeden Abend miteinander gekocht, aber ab und zu schon mal miteinander gefeiert. Wir teilen uns hier nicht nur die öffentlichen Räumlichkeiten (Bad, Flur und Küche), sondern auch gemeinsame Verbrauchsgüter und die wöchentlich anfallenden Putzarbeiten.
Angesichts von Corona wird voraussichtlich allerdings nur 1 bis 2 Mitbewohner zugegen sein.
We are a quite pleasant and quiet flat-sharing community, which cultivates a friendly tone with each other. We don't cook together every evening, but sometimes we celebrate together. We do not only share the public rooms (bathroom, corridor and kitchen), but also common consumables and the weekly cleaning work.
In view of Corona, however, only 1 to 2 roommates will probably be present.
Da es sich um ein Wohnheim des Studentenwerks handelt, muss der/die Bewohner/in eingeschriebener Student einer Freiburger Hochschule sein. Eine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung muss demnach vorliegen.

Since this is a student residence of the Studentenwerk, the resident must be a registered student of a Freiburg university. A certificate of matriculation must therefore be available.
