Da das Haus im Mai von unserem Vermieter renoviert und verkauft werden wird, müssen wir leider aus unserer lieben 4+2 WG ausziehen. Wir haben nun schon etwas anderes gefunden, daher werden unsere Zimmer für den Zeitraum frei.
Da wir für den kurzen Zeitraum die Zimmer unten untervermieten wollen würden es als 2er WG anbieten, oder für ein Paar als 3-Zimmer-Wohnung.
Die Zimmer sind im Souterrain, ca. 13m2 groß und werden je nach Bedarf möbliert vermietet. Mit was genau darin können wir gerne absprechen, unmöbliert oder teilmöbliert wäre auch möglich. Wir haben für beide Zimmer jeweils ein 1,40m Bett anzubieten, im Wohnzimmer eine Couch und einen Sessel, 2 Tische und 2 Stühle, 1-2 Kommoden und ein paar Regale.
Oben im Haus ist eine 4er WG. Ob man in der Zeit Kontakt nach oben aufbauen will, ist komplett freiwillig, aber möglich, wenn es zwischenmenschlich passt :)
Es gibt außerdem einen sehr schönen, gemeinsam genutzten Garten mit Terasse, Couches und einem Tisch, welcher einlädt, bei Sonne draußen zu frühstücken.

As the house will be renovated and sold by our landlord in May, we unfortunately have to move out of our lovely 4+2 shared flat. We have already found something else, so our rooms will be free for the period.
Since we want to sublet the rooms for the short period, we would offer it as a 2-room shared flat, or for a couple as a 3-room apartment.
The rooms are in the basement, approx. 13m2 in size and will be rented furnished as required. We are happy to discuss what exactly is in them, unfurnished or partially furnished would also be possible. We have a 1.40m bed for both rooms, a couch and an armchair in the living room, 2 tables and 2 chairs, 1-2 chests of drawers and a few shelves.
Upstairs in the house is a shared flat for 4 people. Whether you want to make contact upstairs during this time is completely up to you, but possible if it suits you :)
There is also a very nice, shared garden with a terrace, couches and a table, which invites you to have breakfast outside in the sunshine.
Die Wg liegt im schönen Teil Weingartens direkt an einem großen Park, welcher am Dietenbach liegt. Der Bereich ist verkehrsberuhigt, d.h. man hört keine Autos :)
Wenn man am Bach entlangläuft ist man in ca. 10min am Dietenbachsee, in der anderen Richtung gehts bis zur Escholzstraße.
Außerdem sind es 3 min zu Fuß zum Einkaufszentrum mit Aldi und Rossmann, sowie ca. 7min zu einem Beckesepp.

The flat is located in a beautiful part of Weingarten directly next to a large park, which borders the Dietenbach. The area is traffic-calmed, i.e. you don't hear any cars :)
If you walk along the creek you can reach the Dietenbachsee in about 10 minutes, in the other direction it goes to Escholzstraße.
In addition, it is a 3-minute walk to the shopping center with Aldi and Rossmann, and about 7 minutes to a Beckesepp.
Da ihr eine eigene Küche, Wohnzimmer und Bad habt, sowie es einen eigenen Hauseingang gibt, kann man auf jeden Fall für sich bleiben, wenn man das wünscht. Einzig die Waschmaschine ist unten und wird von allen genutzt, sowie ein großer Abstellraum, der auch mitgenutzt werden darf.
Insofern ihr Lust auf Kontakt habt, hier die aktuellen Mitbewohner aus der 4er WG oben. Sie sind alle sehr lieb: Sebo (35, Heilpädagoge, unterhält sich gerne und verbringt viel Zeit in der WG), Linda (28, auch zur Zwischenmiete da), Peter (33) und Christine (nur Fr-So. da, weil sie in Todtmoos als Psychologin arbeitet).

As you have your own kitchen, living room and bathroom, as well as your own entrance to the house, you can definitely keep to yourself if you wish. Only the washing machine is downstairs and is used by everyone, as well as a large storage room that can also be shared.
If you would like to get in touch, here are the current flatmates from the flat share of 4 upstairs. They are all very nice: Sebo (35, curative teacher, likes to chat and spends a lot of time in the flat), Linda (28, also there as a temporary tenant), Peter (33) and Christine (only there Fri-Sun because she works as a psychologist in Todtmoos).
If necessary 1 person can move in 07.03. already.
