The shared room faces east, so the sun shines directly into the room in the morning. The room is very bright and sunny thanks to the large window front that gives access to the balcony. The large balcony extends over all three rooms and invites you to sit together. The room has 15 square meters (3mx5m) and would be handed over furnished. The private things will be moved to the cellar beforehand so that there is enough storage space for your things. The hallway leads to the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet.
The apartment is located in the lively Weingarten in Bugginger Straße directly at the tram stop. In the same building, which consists of three floors, there is a kebab store, a pharmacy, a bakery, a hairdresser, and a kiosk. Right next door, less than 50 meters away, you can go shopping at EDEKA. If you like to spend your time outdoors in the countryside, Dietenbachpark is less than 5 minute's walk away and is ideal for swimming, playing sports (table tennis, volleyball, skateboarding etc.), or simply chilling out. The Opfinger Baggersee can be reached quickly (approx. 15 min) by bike via the Rieselfeld. Tram line 3 is right outside the front door and takes you to the city center in 10 minutes. Alternatively, it is 15 minutes by bike. The apartment has a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave, and a washing machine. There is also a cellar compartment and a bicycle cellar.

The guys give each other space if needed, but also totally up for a small talk in the kitchen, occasional movie nights or boardgame evenings
