I am leaving my room at the end of the month and looking for someone to take it over from me. Rent is 525 euros per month. there is no limit on renting, landlord usually gives out unlimited contracts.
Its located in kartauserstrase not far from Schwabentor and has a tram 1 stop in like 3-4 min by walk.
It's in a flatshare with 4 other people who are really nice . There is not much flatshare atmosphere as everyone has their own kitchenette but if you want people are up for dinner, board game, and bone fire evenings. so there is no obligation to mix with anyone. All people are very open and communicative. You just have to clean your room as for the shared area, a maid will come every Saturday to clean it (the landlord arranges this and you don't have to pay anything extra for it) As we don't have any shared cleaning duties there is usually no conflict.

i will also leave my sofa and dining table behind so i will prefer to give the room to anyone who is willing to take it from me for 100 euros. The sofa is amazing with a mattress inside it.
