Now you have the chance to live 2 minutes from the central station in vibrant Stuhlinger! In this top-floor room with your own spiral staircase to heaven, you have a beautiful view over the towers of Kath. Kirche Herz Jesu and the rooftops of Sthulinger when the sun goes down.
In this WG you would have the pleasure to live with Lana, Stephi, Johanna, and Archy. We are an international WG, communicating mostly in English, being a mix of students and hard-working labor force participants. We all have very different schedules and also enjoy spending time on a range of different hobbies, such as taekwondo, painting, and baking. We respect each other's privacy and time while we enjoy spontaneously meeting in the kitchen for a chat or to give a belly rub to our furry husky-friend Lana. Occasionally we meet up all of us to for example cook dinner or watch movies together. We are therefore looking for someone who is as relaxed as us, who keeps things clean and neat, and who appreciates a nice balance between enjoying the social part of a WG while also respecting each other's privacy. If this is you please write us a message telling us about yourself, and make sure to include "Lana" in your message so we know you are excited about a 4-legged flatmate:).
Observe that the cost to overtake the furniture is non-negotiable. WLAN and electricity are included in the rent.
