Hallo Zimmersuchende, willkommen zu deiner neuen potentiellen Wohnung!
In unserer 3er WG wird ein Zimmer dauerhaft frei und wir freuen uns auf jemand neues, der/die Lust auf ein aktives WG-Leben hat.
Es liegt im 1.OG (Auch im Sommer kühl) und ist knapp 12 Quadratmetern groß.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Bäder inkl. Badewanne, eine riesen Küche mit Wohnzimmer in dem einfach ein Kamin steht,
eine Speisekammer, ein Kellerabteil, elektrische Rollläden und Fußbodenheizung und zu guter letzt noch einen gigantischen Balkon zur Südseite!
Außerdem gibt es Fahrradständer mit Überdachung am Haus mit genug Platz für alle Bewohner.
Hello room seekers, welcome to your new potential apartment!
A room is becoming permanently available in our 3-person shared flat and we are looking forward to someone new who is interested in an active shared flat life.
It is located on the 1st floor (also cool in summer) and is just under 12 square meters in size.
The apartment has two bathrooms incl. bathtub, a huge kitchen with living room in which there is simply a fireplace,
a pantry, a cellar compartment, electric shutters and underfloor heating and, last but not least, a gigantic south-facing balcony!
There are also bicycle racks with roofing at the house with enough space for all residents.
Die Haslacher Straße liegt sehr ruhig, und es gibt viele süße kleine Häuschen die es auf ne Art total wohnlich machen.
In die City sind es mit dem Rad 10 Minuten, man wohnt direkt an der Stelle wo sich FR1 und FR2 Kreuzen, deshalb ist man immer super schnell überall.
Die Bahnstation der 3 nach Haid ist auch nur 5-10 Minuten entfernt und Aldi, Netto, Edeka, Apotheke, Döner, Bäckerei, Kiosk und Post sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.
Vor allem im Sommer ist es super, da der Dietenbachpark direkt um die Ecke ist (Diverse Sportmöglichkeiten, Park, Seen und Raves).
Haslacher Straße is very quiet, and there are lots of cute little houses that make it totally homely in a way.
The city center is 10 minutes away by bike, you live right at the intersection of FR1 and FR2, so you can get anywhere very quickly.
The train station of the 3 to Haid is also only 5-10 minutes away and Aldi, Netto, Edeka, pharmacy, kebab shop, bakery, kiosk and post office are within walking distance.
It's especially great in summer, as Dietenbachpark is just around the corner (various sports facilities, park, lakes and raves).
Mit in der WG wohnen Nina und Richard, Nina ist 21 kommt aus Südtirol und studiert Pharmazie.
Mehrmals in der Woche rockt sie das Fitti, kann ultra gut kochen und ist unsere Pflanzenmama.
Richard arbeiten als Doktorant beim Fraunhofer Institut, fährt Rennrad, spielt Badtminton und werkelt gerne an Dingen in und an der Wohnung.
Das WG-Leben ist ne gute Mischung: Es gibt hin und wieder mal WG-Abende für einen Schnack in der Küche wir immer zu haben, aber man kann sich auch jeder Zeit zurückziehen wenn einem danach ist.
Für den kommenden Sommer wollen wir einiges an unserem Balkon machen, wenn du interressiert an Pflanzen/werkeln hast wirst du hier perfekt rein passen.
Nina and Richard live with us in the shared flat. Nina is 21, comes from South Tyrol and is studying pharmacy.
She rocks the Fitti several times a week, is a great cook and is our plant mom.
Richard works as a PhD student at the Fraunhofer Institute, rides a racing bike, plays badminton and likes to work on things in and around the apartment.
Life in the shared flat is a good mix: we have the occasional evening in the kitchen for a chat, but you can also retreat whenever you feel like it.
We want to do some work on our balcony for the coming summer, so if you're interested in plants/work, you'll fit in perfectly here.
