The room is about 13 m2, some of the furniture will stay inside.
Our flat is also pretty small. However we have everything we need: washmaschine, dishmaschine, oven etc. and we have installed a new kitchen last year.

The tram stations for 2 lines are just 1 minute away (Hornusstraße) and it takes less than 10 minutes to get to the city center with tram or with the bike.
We have started our wg-life as a Zweck-WG but we came to like eachother and we really like to live together. We dont have rituals like breakfasting together but sometimes we have drinks and games in the kitchen and sometimes we go out together. We all have a lot of life outside the flat though, so, we dont even see eachother for many days sometimes.
We are always friendly and tolerant to eachother, we have never had any stress or problems. We wish to have someone who is easygoing, easy to communicate with and someone who stays friendly, even if maybe there is something not exactly like wished. It is also very important to keep the flat clean and tidy, we have a cleaning plan but the flat stays clean and tidy even in times, we dont follow the plan. So it is very important that the new person takes responsability for cleaning, taking out the trash, leaving the kitchen clean after using etc. before needing to talk about it.
We are all non-smokers and are quite sensitive to smoke. So unfortunately we cannot accept any smokers.
