The room facing the north and it’s full of day light. The furnitures are in a good conditon including; desk,chair, open shelf closet and a double bed with mattress. They will stay in the room for the next person and costs 180€. It is 10 m2 in size.
Apartment is very well located in the Marienplatz, old town center. There are shops and bus stops nearby, everthing you would need will be around. It only takes 10 mins walking to the train station by walking.
We’re 2 girls living now and we’re looking for our new 3rd flatmate! I’m Beyza, studying masters @TU.
We have a nice relationship and enjoy watching movies or drinking something together when possible, either at home or at QBar :) However, we are also very respectful and understanding about personal space and time, so by no means should anyone feel pressured to join on every single plan we organize.
We are very appreciative of tidy and clean places, so if that is also important for you, this would already be a nice option for you. We usually like to clean once a week and take turns cleaning the common areas carefully.
