The room is unfurnished as it is a new flatshare. The room has new modern flooring and very large windows. The room is bright and you’ll get a lot of sunlight.
The apartment has a fitted kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and blender.
The apartment is 5 mins walk from Freising main train station. Rewe is a 2 mins walk. And the city centre is a 4 mins walk. There are also 2 Edekas in the city centre. The location of the apartment is perfect (also for people who work in Munich). The direct train from Freising Bf to Munich Hbf takes 25 minutes. All the restaurants bars cafes are there in the city centre, all at 5-10 mins walking distance.
This shared apartment will be a chill and social living space. Your new flatmate will be me.
I am Paras Jain, 24 years young, male, from New Delhi, India. I’ve done my Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics from THWS Schweinfurt and I am currently working as Robotics Software Engineer at Yaskawa Europe GmbH in Freising/Allershausen. I moved in in the apartment on 15th March, it took me 6 months to find this apartment.
I speak English and Hindi and have been in Germany for 5.5 years now. I am a neat and open person and in my free time I like to go hiking, ride my bike, play badminton, table tennis and cricket, go to the gym, watch movies and series. In the evening I would like to chat with my flatmate with a beer/spezi while cooking.
PS: I cook really good North Indian food (my flatmates are always happy with my food 😜)
