I am moving out to Munich to be closer to my workplace so my room will be available for long term. The room is in a 4-person apartment. It is furnished with a mattress, table, chair, wardrobe and a cupboard. The kitchen, toilet and bathroom are shared with 3 other people. A Washing machine and dishwasher are available. There is also a basement for storing your stuff and also a bike storage.
The apartment is 10 mins walk away from the Bahnhof. There is a bus stop right outside the building, from where you can take busses to the station, as well as all around the city. From the station, the S1 train takes you to Munich and runs every 20 mins or so.
The roommates are a mix of students and early professionals. Mostly, all of us have their own life and do our own thing, with some spontaneous chats here and there.
Registration is possible. The extra cost is for electricity and internet, for which the contract is with two of my roommates respectively. The contract will be made directly with the landlord, and it is possible that the rent might be raised a little, but I am not sure about that.
