Mein Mitbewohner ist im Dezember ausgezogen und deshalb suche ich ab sofort eine Mitbewohnerin oder einen Mitbewohner.
Das Zimmer ist circa 9qm groß, allerdings bieter die Wohnung mit 75qm genügend Platz für Stauraum und andere Dinge. Die Wohnung ist mit einer großen Wohnküche, Fahrradabstellraum und einem Keller ausgestattet. Außerdem befindet sich ein kleiner Abstellraum in der Wohnung.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt für das Zimmer 366€. Zusätzlich fallen noch 170€ Nebenkosten an, in denen auch Strom, Internet und GEZ enthalten sind.
Die Wohung befindet sich Zentral gelegen in der Lauterbadstraße. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustüre. Der Stadtbanhof ist zu Fuß 10 Minuten entfernt. Außerdem sind Supermärkte, Ärzte, Apotheken und weitere Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Ich bin Berufstätig und arbeite im Schichtbetrieb, weshalb sich mein Rythmus unterhalb der Woche regelmäßig ändert.
Dadurch ist mir ein unkompliziertes Miteinander wichtig. Gerne bin ich offen für gemeinsame Kochabende oder andere Aktionen. Ganz nach dem Motto alles kann, nichts muss :)
