Hallo zusammen! Ich vermiete einen gemeinsamen Raum in einem ca. 22 m² großen Zimmer, das sich im 8. Stock eines Studentenwohnheims befindet. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein angeschlossenes Badezimmer mit Dusche, das mit mir (eine weitere Person) geteilt wird. Da es sich um ein Studentenwohnheim handelt, können sich ausschließlich Studenten bewerben.

Das Zimmer & Ausstattung

Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und wird durch einen Raumteiler in zwei Bereiche von ca. 11 m² aufgeteilt – so hat jeder seinen eigenen, effektiven Bereich.

Zur Einrichtung gehören: Bett, Tisch, Stuhl, Kühlschrank, Spind und Kleiderschrank.

Keine Internetverbindung: Vorerst müssen Sie mobile Daten nutzen, bis der Hausmeister nächsten Monat eine neue Verbindung installiert.

Zwei funktionstüchtige Aufzüge bringen Sie bequem in den 8. Stock.

Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster ist fantastisch – erinnert an King's Landing aus Game of Thrones!

Die WG & Mitbewohner

Es gibt 6 weitere Mitbewohner: 3 Mädchen und 3 Jungen, alle Studenten.

Die Küche wird unter den Mitbewohnern geteilt.

Ein wöchentlicher Putzplan sorgt dafür, dass alle Gemeinschaftsbereiche sauber bleiben.

Geschäfte wie ALDI und weitere Läden befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die S-Bahn ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und bringt Sie in weniger als 25 Minuten in die Frankfurter Innenstadt.

Das Wohnheim ist inklusiv: Internationale Studierende und Menschen jeglicher sexueller Orientierung sind willkommen – solange Sie sauber, respektvoll und freundlich sind.

Wer bereits in einem Wohnheim gelebt hat, wird bei der Bewerbung bevorzugt.

Ruhezeiten: 22:00 – 07:00 Uhr (bitte respektieren Sie diese Zeiten).

Spacious Shared Room in Student Dorm (Approx. 22 m²) with Attached Bathroom

Hello everyone! I’m renting out a shared space in a 22 m² room located on the 8th floor of our student dorm. The room includes an attached bathroom with a shower, which you will share with me (one other person). Because this is a student dorm, only students are eligible to apply.

The Room & Facilities

The room is quite large, and a room divider can be placed in the middle, giving each occupant effective control of about 11 m².

Furniture & Amenities Provided: You will have your own bed, table, chair, fridge, locker, and wardrobe.

No internet connection is currently installed. You’ll have to rely on mobile data until the house master sets up a new connection (planned for next month).

Two elevators are available to reach the 8th floor—no endless stair climbing required.

The view from the window is fantastic—reminiscent of King’s Landing from Game of Thrones!

The Flat & Flatmates

There are 6 other flatmates: 3 girls and 3 boys, all students.

We share a kitchen for cooking and a weekly cleaning schedule to keep common areas tidy.

Aldi and other shops are within walking distance, with most stores conveniently close by.

The S-Bahn is about a 10-minute walk away, taking you to Frankfurt city center in under 25 minutes.

Living Arrangements

We have a weekly cleaning schedule for the shared spaces.

This dorm is inclusive and welcomes international students and people of all sexualities—just be clean, respectful, and kind.

Quiet hours: 10 pm – 7 am (please respect others’ sleep and study time).

Prior dorm experience is a plus, as you’ll already be familiar with the compromises and cooperation required for shared living.
