Due to my upcoming move, I am seeking a new tenant for my room in my WG. This is an excellent opportunity to secure an affordable living space in a convenient location. The apartment has four rooms in total, along with a kitchen, storage room, bathroom, and an additional separate toilet. The room is furnished, and the kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped, including a washing machine.
The apartment offers great accessibility to everything you need! The Jakobinenstraße subway station is conveniently located within a 4-minute walk with Fürth Hbf just one subway stop away. This makes commuting to Nuremburg (~ 15 minutes by U-Bahn) and Erlangen (just a 10 minute train ride from Hbf) incredibly easy. There is also a bus stop right by the doorstep, and grocery shopping is no hassle as Netto, Norma, and Edeka are all within a 5-minute walk. The beautiful Stadtpark Fürth is also within a lovely 10-minute walk.
Our current flatmates are Srinjoy (25), a Data Science student in the final stages of his degree and Kevin (28) a pilot based primarily in Düsseldorf who is in Nuremberg only when work his requires. Kevin shares his room with another pilot who is also seldom around. We have a relaxed approach to flatsharing — we’re open to occasional shared activities but also greatly respect each other’s personal space and privacy. We’re also excited to welcome another new flatmate around the same time as you. We’re hoping to find someone who is respectful, enjoys being part of a shared living environment, and helps keep the apartment tidy. Rent & Costs:
Warm Rent (all-inclusive): 360 €
Deposit: 500 €
Furniture Fee: 250 € (This one-time fee includes a bedframe and mattress, chair, desk, clothes closet, nightstand, mini-table, mirror, and TV!)
Viewings and Availability:
Viewings are possible by appointment, and online viewings are also an option. The room is available from May 1st, but potentially as early as sometime in April. Please indicate your preferred move-in timeframe in the contact form, and we can see what works!
